Having fibromyalgia and extensive experience with massages for decades from many different therapists, I expected to feel very sore the following day or two, especially since it had been several years since I've had one. After my massage with Trinda at Lady Reflexo, I had no such discomfort the following day. I even felt energized after the session - both a first for me. So, I will be making further appointments. Thank you, Trinda!

From the moment I stepped into her softly lit, tranquil treatment room, I felt at ease in her warm, professional care. Trinda began with a thorough consultation to pinpoint exactly where my pain was rooted. Her deep‑tissue massage technique was firm yet incredibly precise: I could feel her skillful fingers and elbows working through layers of tightness, slowly unraveling knots I didn't even know I had. Next, she seamlessly transitioned into reflexology, applying gentle but confident pressure to the reflex points on my feet. As she targeted each zone, I felt a soothing wave of release travel up my legs and into my back. By the time I rose from the table, I was stunned--the lingering pain that had plagued me for months was completely gone with a much better range of motion. I walked out feeling lighter and deeply relaxed. Trinda's intuitive touch and holistic approach didn't just alleviate my symptoms; they restored my body's natural balance. I can't recommend her highly enough for anyone seeking real, lasting relief. Try it out... you will know what we all have been saying

Although the staff here can vary in skill level, I have never left feeling disappointed. In fact, most of the time I am delighted with the service. Special kudos to Lee and to Nina. I like that I get a full hour treatment rather than 50 minutes, and that I don't have to undress and then feel sticky afterwards because of massage oil or lotion. I get to choose the intensity level and speed of the service. And I particularly enjoy the uniform structure of the massage. I like to go just before I have Chiropractic treatment because the adjustments are so much easier. Maybe best of all, I can go anytime, when I am most in need of a massage. Fair warning -- they do not speak English.

I was a little sad to find out that some of the therapists I used to go to are no longer at this location: Mark, Andy, Peter, Owen, and even Tun (the shorter guy with glasseswho was always so warm and welcoming but I never had a massage with him). He always made sure to greet and acknowledge me whenever I visited, which was something I appreciated. Thankfully, David (the tall guy) is still here! It was great to see a familiar face. He has always been one of my go-to therapists since -- he understands the pressure I need and consistently delivers a great massage. Today, I came back again and David wasn't available, so I tried Tao (I believe that was his name). He did a good job and I enjoyed the session. One thing I noticed though -- the therapist photos and names displayed on the monitor seem outdated. I think keeping those updated would be helpful not only for security reasons but also for regular clients who come back and want to recognize their preferred therapists. One area that could use improvement is the air circulation. Since summer is here, the room felt quite warm, and during the later part of my massage, I found it a little difficult to breathe comfortably. Overall, I'm still happy to come back to The Relaxing Station. I appreciate the therapists who have taken care of me over the years and hope the facility continues improving so returning clients can continue having a great experience. The rating is for the poor air circulation I experienced today.
