I loved that each Zone or Party room had their OWN washroom and one entrance for all party guests. Makes it easy to keep track of kiddos/parents and not worry about anyone else getting into your stuff/wandering off with things. The rooms were clean and bright! There was a little sink/kitchenette serving area and the sink was at kiddo height! My girlfriend said the customer service was great, too. I didn't ask her about the price as I thought that would be rude but I am most definitely going to check this place out in the future for my own kiddos' birthday parties. A great idea for kids with winter birthdays and you don't pay a PER kid fee - you simply pay for the party room and inflatables you choose. Sure, some things run you more than the $ store or Walmart but others are actually a much better price here. So know what you are looking for and have fun! My kids love coming here becauset there is always a toy or treat for them to pick out at $2 or under and that keeps for a happy shopping trip and a happy mom. I decided to try it because they have a great website and it seemed like they would do a lot with the kids - and I am happy to share that it was our best birthday party so far! I am sure all the kids will remember it forever. My daughter turned 6 and wanted the Little Mermaid. She came on time and was in character from the second she stepped through the door to the moment she left. The activities were fun and engaged all the kids for her entire 90 minute stay. Plus she could sing! Like, really well! The cost was worth every moment. The kids got mini makeovers, face paint, nail polish, they coloured pictures, did a craft, played a fun game (with a prize for everyone), had a dance party, princess lessons, a coronation party, sang songs, read a book, took pictures and Ariel even stayed to sing Happy Birthday. We also paid an extra $15 for 10 treat bags (which I couldn't have put together for so cheap) and they were filled with good stuff! I would use enchanted princess parties again and I would recommend them to everyone! The quality of the costume and makeup was better than I expected and I was constantly impressed with how "in character" our princess was. And how well she knew her role!! It was fabulous. You need light-coloured table linens? They ask you, "Wheat damask? Gold damask? Or champagne?" You need a freaking tent? Oh, they've got every size of tent you could possibly imagine. I've found the staff to be very helpful here, if a bit overwhelmed. They're always really busy on weekends, so I try only to go on a weekday if I can help it. That way, I get full staff attention. I love that they have a table-making station where you can pair table linens with placemats, candle holders, and other festive decorations, and about a dozen or so tables are all dressed up for inspiration. For most items, you can rent the day before and return the day after, and almost anything about your order can be changed up until 48 hours before the event. That's very helpful for a bride with changing guest numbers!

We had an outdoor event and when they came to set up the decor, the wind was a bit higher than normal and was blowing the decor off the tables and blew the canopy to the ground. Totally out of both parties control. My issue lies with them knowing the wind was going to be strong that day as they came three days prior and refused to work with us in finding a solution. They simply said "we don't have anything" . Even that was like okay, a bit annoying but whatever. I tried calling Abe and just asked if there's any way to put weights on the decor and if there's anything else he could do. This guy, on my own reception day yelled at me. Like literally yelled and was swearing. He told me "don't tell me how to do my effin job" etc. At this point I was furious. This is completely not okay, you should not yell or swear at your clients, especially when they pay you 10 grand for what they thought was a "professional" service. These guys are just a bunch of clowns that should not be trusted to host your event. The cherry on top is the fact that he refuses to communicate, address the issue by calling us back, reply to our reviews. His solution is to post fake 5 star reviews on his google page. Honestly do what you want but there are far better decor companies out there that have a better team, better problem management skills and better communication with there clients.

I really like the new location as there is lots of parking, the store is spacious and bright inside and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The wall on the right side of the entrance changes with difference themes periodically. The store is laid out so there is lots of room to look around without getting in other people's way. The paper is displayed by theme along with stickers and embellishments. They carry some unique papers like printed acetate. Ink, markers, ribbon, stamps and die cuts are located near the back of the store. What I was so excited about was to see stamped images on watercolour paper. There was a selection of different images and greetings for cards, each sheet was $1.79. The images can be coloured with Copic markers, watercolour pencils or aqua painters. You cannot walk in and not buy anything. If you spend over ten dollars and you get one scrap buck which does not expire. They offer Saturday crops as well as the occasional weekend crop. The place is very bright and clean with an okay selection - it's definitely not the biggest that I've seen but I think you would get by for a project that you were working on. I love the idea of scrapbooking/creating and enjoying coffee at the same time - I didn't have a coffee though as I was on a mission for my letters! The customer service was lacking though as I asked for help finding anything with letters - stickers, stencils, anything. The lone employee told me that she was pretty sure they didn't have anything. I looked through the store and I found two separate packs of letter stickers and she was surprised when I brought them to the till. I get that you may not always know what's in stock, but I would have expected an employee to come out from behind the till (when she wasn't serving anyone at the time) to double check a few places where she may have seen the product I was seeking in the past. This store is out of the way for me on the north end of the City but it is conveniently located just off St. Albert Trail.
