FYI they do request a $50 deposit when booking which can be used toward your service. Very reasonable IMO considering the quality of service they provide, and to limit no shows. Arrived early and was able to relax prior to my service in a massage chair. While waiting they included complimentary brow threading. The clinician who did my facial and wax was patient with my questions and was very friendly. The massage facial is to die for - highly recommend for facial newbies or those looking for a relaxing and beneficial experience!

We weren't sure how she would do because she has Down Syndrome and Autism and this is a new experience for her. Her lady was Parminder, and she did AMAZING with kiddo. She was kind and patient and professional. I couldn't of hoped for a better staff to work with her. And kiddo seemed to love it and actually by the end got too excitable. :) Hubby said his experience was professional as well. Oldest daughter and I had a good experience with our nails. And it is nice that they offer free coffee and tea to relax you and you can upgrade to champagne or fancier coffee beverages if you want to Place is clean and welcoming. Unfortunately it is the exact opposite side to where we live, but we might make a jog occasionally if Parminder is in the house.

I can take a lot but when you book an appointment for a consolation and you're judged by the lady upfront, with her even saying I'll probably need another procedure or two "the way things look to her" on-top of the one I was just getting a consolation for just wasnt need and was exceptionally rude. My friend who came with me was beyond shocked when she heard her say all that she did. Now I'm not a smoker/drinker or anything, and I know my face doesnt need that much done to it (it's just showing my age is all) and I thought I'd treat myself to a little pick me up. So I don't understand why insulting a possible future client before they even meet the doctor is in anyway beneficial. I was quite genuinely hurt by her comments, I told her that and she replied with "It's not my fault you're so thin skinned" That was really all it took, my friend stood up and escorted me out of there immediately. She told me I didn't deserve to be in tears by some rude receptionist, and looking back now I'm so happy she did what she did. So although I can't comment on how well their treatment works, I can tell you first hand how they run their business. I ask that if you're looking for a procedure that they're offering here, please go look somewhere else. No one should have to go through what I did, people dont deserve to leave their office crying. This business needs to really step up their game, and maybe clean house and hire a new receptionist. After posting my experience on Facebook I had a friend comment that they'd also been insulted by the same person - so it's not only me who's had a similar experience here.

That is by far the best deal I've seen on any site like that since I've been signed up for 6 months. They even let you choose from a number of hair removal sites, I chose underarms. Since I had never had anything like this done before, when I called to make an appointment they told me I needed to have a consultation done first (it was free) to have a test patch done in case of a bad reaction. Thankfully I wasn't allergic! I've gone there 3 out of 6 times so far and although it's a bit irritating (you can't expect a process like that to be painless), I'm always in and out in under 10 minutes. I never have to wait, even when I show up early. The technician is always professional, and the staff are always friendly. I'm from downtown Edmonton and I'd be willing to continue making the drive to Sherwood Park, even without a Living Social coupon. Even if I don't have the chance to get a sweet deal on laser hair removal from there again, I'd most likely go back when I'm ready to get other areas lasered.

At first, I told the doctor the price I had been quoted and she said, "Oh, it will probably be less!" Then stopped herself and seemed to admonish herself for saying it would be cheaper. Needless to say, they charged me $250 for a 15 minute procedure. But that's not all. When I got home, I noticed that about a quarter of the mole was still there as there was an obvious raised area left. I was moving to BC for a job on Monday so I could not go back in on Monday. When I called, the clinician told me to wait until the scab fell off and accusingly told me I would have complained if there was a bigger incision, or something along those lines. I told her, no, I just expect both the doctor and clinician present to remove the entire mole! I waited another week and of course there is still a part left of the mole, which is hard to cover up with makeup because its raised. Very unhappy with the entire procedure.

My appointment was with Dr. Sotoodian who did a lot to put me at ease because of the reason for my appointment. I liked the attitude of him and his nurse who helped me. I'm hopeful that my experiences at this location continue to be positive. The waiting room was rather nice: the chairs were comfortable and there were free sunscreen samples available which seemed like a really good idea as skin cancer is a major concern (especially in summer). This building was reasonably new construction. Transit to get here is okay but could be better -- this office is a bit out of the way. Road construction would make getting here by car a bit more complicated than it may need to be. It is conveniently close to a new residential area and there are a lot of services available nearby.
