Kokoriko has the best Korean-style chicken! The chicken is crisp and the sauces are flavourful. I…read morepurchased the Mago chicken. The chilis and jalapeños on the chicken provided a savoury , flavourful contrast to the sweetness of the soy sauce, and wasn't too spicy. I like that they added some rice sticks to the chicken.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with Korean Yangnyeom sauce, poutine, & a milk bubble tea. The chicken…read morewas excellent & I got a glimps of the guy preparing in the back & I can confirm they make it from fresh chicken. The sauce is sweet with a bit of heat but too sweet for my taste & too much of it. The poutine was a good amount of cheese & gravy but the fries were undercooked. The bubble tea was not good. All powder & the pearls tasted stale. The service sadly was not good. The one man who was there was very nice & polite so this isn't his fault but he was the only one there. There was one customer eating when I went in, then after ordering a couple came in, then a group of 3. I waited just over 15 minutes. It would have been nice to sip on the bubble tea while I waited but you can't have one person taking phone orders, counter orders, cooking, & making bubble teas & not have something suffer. I don't know if they're short staffed or someone is just cheap but there should have been another person there. I would go back & try it again with a different sauce & maybe ask for it on the side. A last note, their website would not open on both my iPhone & iPad.

Holy Shakes - Expresso premium shake. $14.70 in 2026.

The service was friendly and pleasant, and the shake came very quickly. My premium sized shake cost $15.74, including GST. Perhaps the other flavours are more impressive. If you don't mind the price this is definitely a good place to buy a milkshake. There's quite a few tables so you can bring some friends and hang out here.

I can't speak for the shakes or dessert but the food was delicious. I ordered the hot honey chicken…read morewhich came with masala fries for $18 (it was an extra $1 for hot honey flavour). I found that although the chicken was fried, it didn't feel greasy or heavy. The masala fries were amazing! I had very low expectations for the food but was pleasantly surprised. As this place just opened a month ago, it was quite busy. That said, it seemed like tables free'd up fast as people were coming and going. Parking space can be a bit challenging if everyone is out and about. The wait time was a bit long (25 mins for take out), however, they were very busy so that was to be expected. I did find the space to be quite loud so it was hard to hear when they called you up for your order. I thought that the staff were very friendly and attentive despite being slammed with orders. The shakes did look tasty and I heard that if you bring back the bottles that you get a discount on your next purchase. I look forward to coming back and trying their shakes. Edit: I did come back and try the milkshakes. I ordered the biscoff shake. It was a vanilla shake topped with lots of whip cream, biscoff cookies, and drizzled with chocolate and caramel sauce. The rim had frosting in order to hold the cookies pieces in place. I found the milkshake to be alright 3/5. It was pricey ($18) and honestly not worth the price, that being said, it's a speciality dessert so I see how they can get away with it. They do a few cheaper selections for more basic shakes. Unless you have a mega sweet tooth, I recommend sharing a shake with someone as I found one was too much. The shakes are quite exquisite and don't pack up well. I managed to take the rest of mine home but that was after spending 5 mins cleaning the bottle on the outside so that I could carry it out. They also provide lids if you wanted to take them home.

Friday night date-night turned out spectacular after choosing to dine at JUU KU!!…read more This place was unexpectedly impressive. It had a moody vibe with red ambient lighting and an upscale edgy sushi bar with really unique, oversized art all around. Prices were fair ranging between $12 - $35 per dish depending on what you order. Service was impeccable. Our hostess, server, and all of the staff in general were warm and friendly. Our server was able to articulate the specials and entice us to try the mango salmon roll which was smoky, creamy and tropical. Sushi tasted fresh as we also ordered the salmon sashimi. Watching the sushi chefs interact with each other and have fun while preparing such meticulous meals was entertaining and mouthwatering. My absolute favourite dish was the Rock Shrimp Tempura in a creamy spicy garlic chili sauce. These were perfectly cooked and the prawns were huge and juicy...came with a hearty salad underneath them too. The dim sum deserves a shout-out as well. We ordered the Truffle Lamb and Prawn Shumai Dumplings and it was the freshest dim sum I've ever had in Canada. Reminded me of when I was in Singapore. We will definitely return!!

I'm so happy that this place is close to us and I can enjoy their amazing food whenever I want! :) I highly recommend the place!
