She was especially amazing with my kids--she had them smiling and laughing the whole night, which made the dinner so much more enjoyable and relaxing for us. Then instead of addressing the situation properly, we were only offered 10% off, which doesn't reflect how serious this incident is. (Looks like really not) I even asked them how do they handled this situation, and they just said 10% off is the best they can do ‍ This is not just a small mistake, it's a food safety concern!! The quality of the sushi was nothing to be amazed about. Although it was probably a bit better than AYCE, I think for the prices, I'd expect better quality sushi. If I had to, I'd choose AYCE sushi over this in Ottawa. Also, in terms of authenticity, I think this place is Chinese owned.
