I had an appointment schedule with Bailey and waited AN HOUR over my scheduled appointment time because she said she forgot my appointment and was doing a different tattoo. I had to leave because I have other things to do and had it scheduled for a reason. I only wanted a touch up and it is insane behavior. When my friends and I got the tattoo we didn't have the best experience with her either. She is rude and rushed us. One of our friends was in the bathroom and wanted to be next to get a tattoo and Bailey made someone else go because she couldn't wait two minutes for our friend to use the bathroom. The only good thing about Edoc is Amelia, the piercer. I have gotten a few tattoos from different studios in Lubbock and have never been treated this way. read more

Jeff at Edoc swindled me out of my $100 deposit. No appointment time was ever set. I got no drawings. I didn't answer his text over Christmas vacation was his only justification. Jeff told me before I left on vacation I would have to wait till January. When I got back and contacted him on Dec 30th to set a January date he said I lost my deposit because I had not responded to his text messages. He had the nerve to ask me for another $100 deposit. Completely unacceptable. Note in Jeff's 5 start review of his own shop (an ethics violation) he does not post a text confirming an appointment because there was not one. He is being dishonest. He also insults me for doing Yelp reviews. Funny he didn't mention that he is only the second business to get one star in over 300 reviews. He is below the bottom 1%. How about paying your taxes on you cash only business before your question my integrity? What a joke. read more

I recently got my tongue pierced here and walking in it was very nice & clean looking. The women at the front desk was very friendly and I didn't have to wait for help at all. Once the piercer came out she didn't really even greet me and was rude from the start, she did the piercing with out really even having a conversation at all. My piercing was visibly crooked and bc of this I had to remove the piercing and upon doing so I realized I had a build up of scar tissue because of the improperly place jewelry, so I now have a small marble size ball in my tongue. Also the jewelry was externally thread which is very harsh on piercings. Wish I could get my money back read more
