TLDR: Have higher standards, don't get pierced here, it is not safe in any way. Got my third set of lobe piercings done, they had me pay before any service which was the first red flag. Service was quick but there's a reason for that. They had the piercing trays set up in assembly line format so absolutely nothing was sterile. Needle was already open and on the tray when I walked in. There was no choice in jewelry or words about the type of jewelry they use. The piercer blew through the after care instructions while piercing my ears, spraying germs over the piercings by doing so. She was speaking so fast I couldn't understand most of the instructions. Pretty sure she used the same needle for both ears. Had me holding pressure on both ears for bleeding, slipped more paper towels in one of my hands and a bag of salt (?) in the other then essentially booted me out the door. No parting words, I just awkwardly walked out because I wasn't sure if she was done. Picked this place because of the high ratings but DO NOT get pierced here, it's genuinely UNSAFE to do so. read more

I have gotten several piercings here, including my belly button and my septum. Have also recommended it to several friends and they have had positive experiences as well! I trust Patty because she's quick . She has always done a great job doing mine and they heal well. She's efficient and gets the job done . Went into to get my third set of lobes with one fourth on one side for an uneven look. I've had many piercings during my time here in Lubbock and back home and I don't think I'll be going to anyone else besides Ghostriders in the future. The piercer was very quick, I don't think it took her more than 15 minutes for all three, probably less than that. I know lobe piercings tend to be the least painful piercing there is but there was like no pain compared to my past lobe piercings. Amazing honestly. Welcoming atmosphere and customer service. I found this shop via Instagram. I sought out Spooky, as I fell in love with his realistic roses. I sent him photos of my ideas and we set up a consultation. I went in and we met briefly to discuss everything. That night, I put down my deposit and we scheduled the appointment. He came up with a beautiful design and we began the session around 8 pm. As he was tattooing, I began to have some ideas and changes to the design. He completely welcomed my ideas and made sure he understood them before he continued tattooing. I thought that was really wonderful and I felt very comfortable and understood. I'm in love with my new tattoo. It almost looks fake it's so beautiful. Truly, it's an art piece. Spooky was careful and focused during our entire session. He took his time tattooing, which is clear just by looking at my tattoo. When I first went in there everything was fine, they took temp. at the door and everyone was wearing masks. I got my double forward helix pierced. The first piercing was painful and she told me she had forgotten to use the clamp and that's why...I wish she would have as well because for some reason that piercing had been sinking and eventually fell out of the hole in one piece as you can see in the pics after 2 weeks. I called simply for some advice because I don't live in Lubbock and was just visiting when I got this piercing, so I knew I wouldn't be able to come in for them to redo it. The call started by her saying "I know you're just trying to get some money back" and being very defensive. They probably get those kinds of calls all the time because I don't think the piercings are done correctly and she began immediately telling me I did something wrong. I'm not really one to argue over $25... I was just wanting to know what to do so that it wouldn't get infected because the jewelry used was obviously too small or else it wouldn't have slipped through my ear. Also keep in mind that the piercing right next to it is fine because I am doing proper aftercare and she got upset and told me I wasn't taking care of it properly. Very defensive and honestly unnecessary considering I wasn't particularly upset or trying to haggle... The other piercing is fine though. read more

Went here with my daughter to get her ear pierced. Patty was great she explained to my daughter that her ear wasn't the right size or shape for the Industrial that she wanted. Instead of being a bunch of jerks like most people would have been just saying " nope can't do it" she helped my daughter come up with a freaking awesome alternative. I have tattoos and piercings and have been to countless shops from California to Florida. It takes a lot to make me want to go back to a shop, I will go back here and have some work done. I went in to see if I could get some new jewelry I bought autoclaved and inserted. When I talked to the piercer, she explained that she uses a dry heat autoclave and that it would take approximately 3 hours. I was perfectly willing to wait the 3 hours, although I was hoping for a shorter sterilization cycle...until she told me that she hates dealing with autoclaves. As someone that deals with sterility on a regular basis, this was a red flag for me. Proficient use of an autoclave, however annoying it might be, is essential to a safe piercing (and potentially tattoo) practice/business. I chose to go elsewhere for the services I sought and have no other experience with this business. read more

I went and got my ears pierced for the first time at this place. I paid 25 bucks for them which I think is a little too much for regular/basic ear lobes piercings. I was willing to pay $25 at first because I assumed they would let me pick what kind of studs I wanted (just like many other places do) but they just went with the regular white diamond stud which I'm not a fan of. Keep in mind you have to keep those exact studs on for about 4-6 weeks so if you're not a fan of that type of stud you're kind of screwed until youre able to switch them out safely and not risk the holes closing. plus I have work and theyre just wayyy too flashy...I think they should have more options and allow costumers to pick what they want in their ear because some people like me can't have something like that 24/7 for that long. Nonetheless, the lady that piercing my ears was very kind and made sure that my piercings came out even and as good as possible so I'm thankful for that. It has been about 3 months now and the healing process I went through was actually not that bad. They tell you how to clean it and what to use, plus they also give you this tiny little bag of salt for you to clean your piercings with(but I recommend going to Walmart and buying "Bactine"). Only 1 of my ears was swollen and kind of hurt since the very beginning for about 3 weeks (it didn't seem like they got badly infected because there was never any puss coming out or such...I'm not sure if this was caused by me or them but I know I kept them very clean on the daily) but eventually it went down. 8/10 not bad at all read more

Absolutely terrible experience. This was before all the corona virus stuff happened but I'm just now getting to it. Rudy was my supposed artist and I had never been there before. We had gone over the design and were working days for when I would come in. I thought we confirmed and when I showed up for my appointment he wasn't even there!! I waiting and communicated with him that I was there and even an hour after and still no response from him. I left and decided to get it done elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional and even now still has not gotten back to me let alone given an apology. Had high hopes but now won't even consider them for my next piece. Do not go. read more
