Now I have "straberry fields forever" on my arm. When I brought it to paul's attention the tattoo was misspelled, I was offered no refund, rather a free coverup. Fuck this place, let me take that bad just the piercer not the business....hands down the absolute worst experience of my life with getting a piercing. Before I even went I asked the guy if he was comfortable with doing a cheek_dimple piercing cause i was super paranoid with it being my face and he said, "I've been doing this since 2006". So I'm thinking hell yeah he has hella experience. I went and first thing he told me to do was to put the dots where I want the piercing, so I put it more or less where I want it, but ask him to make sure they look good and are even. He briefly looks at it does nothing and changes nothing to fix it. struggles with the first one, which swells up bad right away, like abnormally big. I was freaking out and ask him if that's normal, which he reply yeah there's gonna be swelling. Well i dont think thay was the case. After he does the second one (mind you he's shaking like I've never seen an artist do) which goes in easily and does not swell, I can tell right away they are not even for shit. I tell him this, and his fucking response is, "your the one who put the dots" are you fucking kidding me, what kind of piercer puts in an uneven ass dimple piercing. I'm not the fucking piercer. It was so bad that my 16 year old daughter who was with me had to walk out cause she had an anxiety attack cause she thought something was seriously wrong. To do a shitty ass job then have the audacity to blame me....now im left with no piercings and a swollen ass cheek, that hopefully aint something really wrong ive wanted this piercing for so long too. read more

If I could give 0 stars. I have a service dog and I was going to be getting a tattoo of his paw print on my hip. I had cleared the design and let them know it would be the exact transfer of his paw. The artist I was talking to on Facebook was nice (did not catch his name), but as soon as I got to the shop for my appointment, Paul told me to get my filthy dog out and he did not care that he was a service dog. ADA law states that he is allowed in at any facility and he was not allowed to doesn't service to us. Not only that, but I previously cleared it with the artist. I told him the ADA laws and he said he didn't care and would not be allowing us in his shop. He then went to a room and slammed the door like a child throwing a tantrum. I called out to him asking if he was going to act like an adult and come talk to me and he did not say anything. I stood there for 10 minutes and finally called out telling him I would be reporting him and leaving a bad review. As I left he mumbled something vulgar. The artist who was supposed to tattoo me never came out, but messaged me on Facebook after and apologized saying Paul is "just old school" which doesn't excuse it, but this artist was not who I had the issue with. Went to stay true tattoo and they were accommodating and incredibly sweet. read more
