I went to them to have my Volvo belts repaired I paid for the tow to get it there I paid for the…read moretow to get it picked up and when I went to pick it up they told me that it was not ready and they couldn't start it... I called a tow car truck and sent them to pick it up and they refused to give me my vehicle telling me that I needed to purchase a battery from them and pay $149 for more diagnostics and the installation of the battery... Since I had clearly told them I did not want the battery and have text messages to the same I explained to them that I wanted them to release my car to the tow truck which they refused... They threatened to add additional charges of a month storage and additional fees for diagnostics and Nonsense and I told them I wanted them to remove their batteries since I had never told them to put it in and give the vehicle to the tow truck which they refused... I then told them that I would be calling the police for theft of the vehicle and the Better Business Bureau because what they were doing was stealing my car and blackmailing me... I am hoping that they will reconsider but I think that they see me as a female that they can lie and overcharge and unfortunately I have documentation to the contrary and I will be seeing them in court... They have a limited time to fix this problem because I feel three days is plenty and if they want to charge me all these additional fees so that they can get my car from me and sell it then they will have to fight me for it...
