Well worth the cost although we believe that was reasonable as well. Only issue is...please move out the long term parking cars!! Hard as hell to park and drive in. While this place is more cheaply priced than going to the Mercedes dealership, the service is terrible. The newest owner Jason is rude and seems to be a bit money-hungry. While in the waiting room I have even heard he and the secretary complaining about customers who are simply calling to check the status of their vehicle. If they had less social conversations among he and the mechanics in the office, they may be able to repair customers' cars sooner. Do yourself and don't go to this place. I won't be back. read more

This shop has earned my trust, and even though I moved almost 2 hours away, I will continue to use them. Had warrantee work that had to be done at a dealership, and the next day the service light came on. I stopped by ED's and they not only showed me exactly what the dealership "had failed" to reconnect that caused the light, but also the shoddy work and failures of the warrantee service. I remembered how twice before the service light went off soon after regular service was done at the dealer - they called it a coincidence. The folks at ED's MB Medics are as honest and decent as they come. I own a CLA 250, and as a young guy with my first German car, I wanted to find a reputable (non-dealership) shop where I could take my car for maintenance. I have had my vehicle serviced here twice so far and have never felt like they are trying to sell me on service I don't need or overcharge for anything. The first time I brought it in, I literally just asked them to go through the car and tell me what it needs. They called me and gave a thorough explanation of everything the car needed and did not start any work until I gave my sign off. Cannot recommend this shop enough. This place is awesome if you have a Mercedes. We have a 2017 Glc and our dealership wanted triple the price for the same exact service. I will definitely be using their services from now on, and would recommend to anyone who has a MB. They seemed honest and extremely reasonable which is hard to find these days.
