This place really impressed me. I got a diagnostic for my check engine light being on at another mechanic shop. They tried to charge 3x the price than what this place quoted me. I figured the other shop was trying to manipulate me because I was a female. I no longer felt comfortable with them repairing or servicing my car. But I reached out to European Import Specialist and Kelly gave me the best customer service and care I never expected. She initially asked me what I needed. I told her a water pump, thermostat and sensor replaced. She called me back that same day within a few hours with a quote and a date available to complete the repair. Initially dealing with the dealerships while my MB 2011 E350 was under warranty and then moving onto various independent shops after the warranty expiration including (Rocco's @ Roswell) I was fortunate to be chatting with a friend at work that referred European Import Specialists (EIS) to me where I met the dynamic team of - Kellie & Destiny- This team immediately greeted my wife and I with kindness and a no nonsense straight talk about the concerns on our vehicle. We began with a diagnostic even though we had a slight idea relative to the issues on the car after being owners of the MB 350 for so long. My result indicated that the car needed a complete set of sparkplugs and Ignition coil packs to remedy the issue. Not only was the price better than the other shops surveyed (EIS) presented me with every page of the diagnostic that was completed which provided me with a better understanding of some minor past fault codes that can be worked later. In all my years of ownership and service on this vehicle I was never presented with this level of detail for my personal review. With that said, I will be taking my 2011 E350 and 2019 CLS 450 to (EIS) for all current and future maintenance servicing. read more

After reading several reviews, I decided to try EIS. I have to say it lived up to the billing. I brought my 2019 BMW M5 in for a brake fluid flush. The dealership prices were of course astronomical so I decided to find an independent shop that provides high quality work, great service and a reasonable value. Kelly and Destiny took great care of me. They performed a diagnostic check and also checked the squealing sound on my brakes. Kelly explained the possible causes and that the components were in good shape so not in need of replacing. I have an oil change coming up and will definitely give them the business. They will be my first stop for any future work to be done. The criteria I look for in a mechanic are honesty, competence and price. So far EIS has all three. Just got back from a short road trip and when I arrived back in the A I noticed a knocking/rattling sound coming from under my BMW. At first I thought the sound was coming from the engine bay but then noticed it was coming from directly under the car. I hopped on yelp to find a good BMW mechanic since I'm new to the area and from the reviews decided on European Import Specialists. When you turn into their parking lot you have to drive down the hill on the right to get to their shop FYI. So I arrived in on a Friday afternoon and was greeted by a nice lady who asked my issue and explained the BMW mechanic was out to lunch and I could leave the car and when he gets back he could look at it but may not be able to due to being very busy. Makes sense I did't need my car so I left it there. The lady explained as soon as the mechanic looks at the car she will call me and let me know what the issue is and assured my they will not fix anything unless they talk to me first. This is always good to know I've had my share of shady mechanics in the past. So I get a call on Monday and they tell me it was huge rock caught in the exhaust section of my car they removed and my car was ready to go. NICE I arrived and picked my car up they even saved the rock that caused the issue! They didn't charge me at all! Most shops would have lied and said I needed a $500 part or some nonsense not here they were honest 100% I will definitely use them in the future finding good honest people these days don't come easy! I have a love/hate relationship with EIS! I love their service but hate releasing the grip on my credit card lol. If you drive a nice import I guess you just have to budget for these expenses. I am on my 8th BMW and EIS has serviced 6th of those for me. Usually when my factory warranty expires I immediately give EIS a call. I am not saying their prices are the lowest but they are comparable and definitely good at what they do. I have called around for quotes on needed service and most times they are roughly the same in pricing. They are located right off of Cobb Parkway and this has been a convenience for me since I live in Cobb county. An Uber ride after drop off usually runs me under $10 to get back home. Kellie has even helped me a couple times secure a rental car when the repairs took longer than a day or two. The business is kind of hidden if you have never been there before. You turn off Cobb Parkway right at the Volkswagen dealership across from Walmart. They are behind RJ Body Shop. You have to look for the small access road that goes down the hill and behind the body shop. Look for the signs on the right hand side. If they are closed you can leave your car and they have a key deposit box which I have used several times. I can't remember the name of the tow company they recommend but if you call after hours their name and number is on the recording. The lobby is small but has everything you need. There are about 4 chairs, a tv, restroom, and Kellie even has refreshments available. I will say for a repair shop the lobby always smells good like I'm about to be treated to a massage or something lol. I would recommend EIS for your import car repairs. I took my 2006 BMW 330i here to have the engine thermostat replaced. While it was being serviced the mechanic noticed I had a crack in my radiator. He called me to let me know to see if I wanted to get it taken care of while he was already working on my car. He did not pressure me in any way. I knew he was telling the truth because I had been replacing anti-freeze every month. They gave me a very fair price for combining the two jobs together. My car is now running like new again, and I am very pleased with the quality of the work and great service too.
