They were at our house a week later, could've been sooner if I hadn't been traveling, the work was completed impeccably. Given that our sewer line weaves its way across our property we were anticipating major damage outside from ripping up pavers and the driveway, but the team found away to avoid all of that. In turn saving us money to fix the pavers and the driveway. No one wants to deal with sewer issues, but if you do then Dutra Sewer is the only call you need to make.

I'm not making a ton of money yet- in fact I'm scraping by though I'm growing. My A/C conked out and a company charged me for 2 visits totaling 1000.00 and said it was unfixable. I tried to use Gold Medal and they couldn't actually do the type of work I needed (huge chiller on the roof). But they listened to my story and still inspected and diagnosed the problem with my unit and gave me advice and information. My sales person was Tim and the technician he brought was Mike (or I might have those names flipped!)... They were so helpful and not condescending- which I have experienced in the past with other technicians. I was so impressed by them and will absolutely use them in the future and want everyone to know how honest and trustworthy these guys were. I'm so grateful!

Doesn't seem normal compared to my old American standard AC. Unacceptably annoying, these types of noisy models are more suitable in an industrial or commercial setting, but not in quiet residential or bottom of my kid's bedroom and living area. To top it off my neighbor is complaining the unit is loud at night. The cooling in the house is perfect, it works as expected, but the unit outside is loud and noisy. At the start of the unit, it makes a loud bang and clatter and after running for a bit it loud rattle comes and goes. This noise can be heard from sidewalk, which is 50 to 60 away from the unit, my neighbor can hear the noise of going on and off clearly and texted me complaining about the noise. My kids notice same noises that are dead at night coming and going. This is not what I've ordered and certainly not normal.
