    Ok, to start I never leave 1 , but I can't believe how unclean my apartment is after a supposed…read more"deep cleaning." Showed up late, left early, ended up having to vacuum and dust after they left, and they had to return after I told the owner that the baseboards in my bedroom were left filthy. My things were not returned to how they were found and my kitchen floor was barely mopped. I work two job and I NEVER have anyone clean my apartment, but I only have one day off a week and for once, I didn't want to spend it cleaning. I paid what was owed because I didn't want no static with these strangers in my home, but I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. They're gonna tell you they are going to clean this, that, and the third, and proceed to do a half ass job. Going to have to find another service because this was not worth the money or time. UPDATE: After the owner decided to not take accountability for a terrible job, I will expand. I did say that an hour later would be great, not realizing that they would rush the job and still leave at the original time (when Carlos arrived, he told me that they would do two hours instead of three I was paying for because they had another job scheduled after and needed their "rest"). None of the shelves throughout my home were dusted. If I'm paying for a deep clean, why should I have to point out obvious dirt throughout my home. Clean EVERYTHING (which in this case includes surfaces and baseboards). When they came back to clean the baseboards in my bedroom, they literally did so without vacuuming the floor and just wiped across the board with a rag. I had to vacuum my rug and my floors because there was still debris on them throughout my apartment. So yes, Carlos, I did leave a one star review because you all did a terrible job. And yes, Carlos I leave a lot of reviews (most of which are pretty good). But you Carlos, and the two women with you, did not do a good job so maybe next time, do better, instead of talking my head off about what a great job you're gonna do. The customer shouldn't have to tell you to wipe down every surface and clean every baseboard in a deep clean.

I tried out 4 different services before being saved from shoddy and unsatisfactory cleans, even with super low expectations. I can't tell you how relieving it is to be able to come home to an impressively clean house after a long day of work every time. And I really appreciate details like the organization of the charging cords by the bed and smudge free glass tabletops - it really makes all the difference. I spent weeks trying to schedule a cleaning with this company. Everything proceeded normally until I disclosed a fragrance-related accommodation need and offered to provide all cleaning products myself. After that, the job was repeatedly described as a "special need cleaning," concerns were raised about whether the cleaners would accept it, and I was told I might be better served by another company. I was asked to confirm the appointment by providing my address and cleaning information, which I did. Later, after the cleaner agreed to take the job, the appointment was given away because I did not respond quickly enough to an additional confirmation request that I had never been told to expect. When I objected to the way the situation had been handled, I was told that the company would not be cleaning my apartment. What concerns me is that the entire interaction changed after I disclosed a disability-related accommodation need. Before that disclosure, I was treated like any other customer. After that disclosure, additional barriers appeared, the job became a problem, and the service was ultimately denied. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone who may need accommodations, nor to anyone who believes that people with physical differences should be treated with the same respect and access to services as everyone else.
