I've seen both Dr. Weaver and Dr. Dransfield and have always been very pleased with their kindness and professionalism. Every hygienist has been wonderful. I was able to schedule my crown easily and quickly. Then, amazingly, they were able to fit me in for a cleaning right then and there. Shannon, the hygienist, is one of the nicest people I've EVER met. They really took 10 years of nervousness and guilt and just made it all disappear! I feel like a new woman! From the moment I walked in, I felt that the staff was very caring. The facility is clean and quite spacious. Dr. Bastien in amazing and the staff is great as well. On one occasion, one of the dental assistants explained everything that he was doing; he basically walked me through the procedure, which I really appreciated. The only small drawback I have is that during a visit to have a procedure done, another dental assistant nicked my lip a bit, which caused it to bleed. Though I was given something to put on the cut, the person didn't apologize. I didn't make a big deal out of it because my overall experiences have been positive. However, I will request that this person not be assigned to me during my appointments.

At the conclusion of each visit, regardless of the number of questions I kept asking him, at no time did I feel like he was rushing me out the door. My experience with the rest of the staff was just as excellent. Michelle at the front desk kept the waiting room running smoothly, and always with a smile. My dental assistants, Christi and Keisha, were downright charming, always making sure I was comfortable. I applaud their friendly, yet respectful, interaction with Dr. Bastien during the procedures; they all worked great together as a team. The office staff is well trained and create a welcoming environment. The office is compliant with the latest CDC guidelines. The latest diagnostic technology is used to diagnose any dental issues. I discovered that I was being consistently overcharged and when I spoke with the office manager to elicit her insight and reconciliation, my questions and concerns were met with animosity and, ultimately, I was discharged as a patient.
