Unfortunately, most of the Endodontics in Tallahassee don't take regular insurance like MetLife or Ameritas as a primary. You will have to pay out of pocket such as a root canal and your medical billing will be considered as out-of-network hence the out of pocket payment is higher. I don't know if this was all agreed to by the practicing offices here in this city but it really does affect how patients are treated and where they can go to for their care.

I assume this was a rare situation and he didn't charge me for the second procedure! So it was a BOGO but not at publix. (pardon my humor attempt) Enhanced Endodonics has excellent doctors and staff and they're not out to fleece people that are in dire conditions from tooth infection.

I was able to schedule my crown easily and quickly. Then, amazingly, they were able to fit me in for a cleaning right then and there. From the moment I walked in, I felt that the staff was very caring. The facility is clean and quite spacious. Dr. Bastien in amazing and the staff is great as well. On one occasion, one of the dental assistants explained everything that he was doing; he basically walked me through the procedure, which I really appreciated. The only small drawback I have is that during a visit to have a procedure done, another dental assistant nicked my lip a bit, which caused it to bleed. Though I was given something to put on the cut, the person didn't apologize. I didn't make a big deal out of it because my overall experiences have been positive.
