I would not recommend buying from Amato. Sales manager Phil Kamoske was rude and unprofessional. I will never buy a vehicle here!

Bookings for the service were about 10 days out but with that, I could still target a preferred date. Upon calling, they cross checked any campaigns that were required and added this to the task list. When I arrived on the scheduled date, I was promptly greeted by a customer service representative who assisted with getting the car checked in. I was asked if a courtesy shuttle would be needed (really nice they offer this), or whether I would like to wait until completion. Opting for the latter, they brought me to a comfy lounge with amenities available including Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee, and snacks. They also create a text thread to add a personal touch should I need to reach out with any questions during the process. Prepared to wait, I came equipped with my laptop to get some work down while they conducted the oil change and the other courtesy checks. While I anticipated a short stop, the process took around two hours from start to finish. Slightly longer than I expected but nevertheless, I was kept informed during the maintenance process and asked whether I needed anything else. All in all, a good experience, fair pricing, and will continue to utilize their services moving forward.

His patience, respect, and follow-through were nothing short of amazing. He truly stood by me every step of the way until the very end. Although Treavor was my salesperson, the entire team at VW Northshore played a part in making this such a smooth and positive experience. From financing to document signing and closing, everyone was patient, kind, and genuinely committed to helping me find the best vehicle for my budget. I appreciate the team at VW Northshore more than I can express. Thank you, guys!

The next day, I told them I also needed an oil change and fluids topped off. Their worker, Jermayne Smith, insisted I still needed the inspection because an oil change and topping fluids "wouldn't fix my gauge problem." They later claimed I "needed a water pump" -- with an estimate of $2,000. My car is a 2019, so I decided to get a second opinion. I told them to just do the oil change and top off fluids ($90 service) and I'd go elsewhere. When I left, my car wasn't overheating. I happened to pass another shop, explained the gauge issue, and right in front of me the mechanic checked and found NO antifreeze in my car at all -- even though I paid for fluids to be topped off. Later, at a third shop, the mechanic (again, in front of me) found that a car part had been intentionally broken, which was causing my car to continuously run hot. This points directly back to Car Lot #1 (this company), since that's the only place I had been. That is fraudulent, illegal, and shameful. They tried to pressure me into a $2,000 repair I didn't need, and when I declined, they sabotaged my car. They are not to be trusted.

Their trade-in offer was shockingly low--$2,500 versus $10,000 offered by the Toyota store next door. No basic hospitality (no water or coffee), and the salesperson didn't make any real effort to help me find the right vehicle. Finance was the worst part: we sat for hours with no updates, were told to "come back tomorrow at 9am," and then no one called in the morning--or at all. I had to chase them repeatedly because I needed a vehicle for my driver, and the delays were costing me money. After two days, I still had no clear answer. For me, "Umansky" now equals "waste of time." I won't be back, and if you value your time, look elsewhere.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mark and most recently Lane, both of which are stellar service advisors. I've never felt that unnecessary services were pushed upon me, every advisor and employee I have had contact with has ALWAYS gone the extra mile, staying in touch throughout the service process and after. Lexus of Milwaukee & Lexus of Brookfield will always earn my business. I would highly recommend and will always take my car to the now Napleton Lexus team. Thanks for all your effort team. Used to be you drive into a repair shop and somebody would come out and look at your problem and discuss options and costs. Maybe a small charge to look for more difficult repairs. At this place you never see a mechanic or talk to one. You only talk to sales people who insists they don't get paid commission over and over but do get a "bonus structure" minimum $1000 - $5000 just to look at the car and give you an estimate. This for a new car I bought there less than four years ago. Then they come back with a misleading estimate where the thing you can in for is buried in a multi page document of "suggested repairs" of unlimited costs based on whatever they think you might believe or not know enough to question. Last time I was there I needed a new gas cap for my 20 year old lex. They charged $400+ to check what I already said I needed and sent me an estimate for $8000. #pass

The first time, I had a coolant leak and the mechanic actually SHOWED me where it was leaking. Actually seeing the problem with my own eyes when the car was on the lift immediately made me feel that they can be trusted. They fixed that problem, did some other overdue maintenance work, and the car's been running much better now, zero problems. The only minor problem I had was that I asked for the parts to be returned to me, and they weren't. That really wasn't a big deal since my driveway isn't full of coolant spots any more. I thought the price for this repair was entirely fair. The second time was a problem that couldn't be duplicated when I was driving it while the tech was in the car with me. Ah well... They didn't charge me for that visit. The most recent visit was exceptional. I managed to get the end of a gas funnel stuck in the neck of my gas tank. This caused all kinds of problems when I'd fill up with gas at Kwik Trip. I tried to fish it out myself, but couldn't. I brought it to the dealership, and they told me they couldn't see it or get it out after allegedly scoping it out. The dealership charged me for that visit. I know they have bills to pay, so I was OK with that. On a whim, I brought it to the new Meineke (formerly Pope Autoworx). I told them what happened and that I wanted them to try to get it out, but I'd pay for an hour of time, no matter what. I told them that I wanted to save the part so I could see it. Well... THEY GOT IT OUT!!!!! The dedication, time and effort that they showed me in actually FIXING this problem impressed the hell out of me. I do my own oil changes and brake jobs, but for nearly everything else, this Meineke garage will be my first call.
