Brought a vehicle to get an ECU you unit program was quoted at $50 I supply the ECU Shawn and Service advised me that he could not program the unit I asked him about towing back to my house 11 miles he told me $110 . Remember he told me he could not program the unit . Call AAA for a tow to another mechanic Shawn told AAA they could fix it so AAA would not tow it to another mechanic. It wound up not being the ECU unit but a loose bolt on my starter and a new battery they charge me $888 a little steep I would say that's what happens when you go to a dealer ! If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I tried to submit a review through Google for this Dealership and because I only gave 1 star it would not submit. So I'm putting my review here. It was sent to my email for my elderly father who recently had to take his brand new Chevy Silverado 2500 in for an urgent issue. The following was my review: This is Joe's daughter and loyal Chevy/GMC/Cadillac owner, Lorraine Tuths. I am disgusted as to how my 85 year old father was treated at your location. I had my father purchase the vehicle at my Chevy dealer, Motion Chevrolet in Hackettstown, NJ. I would expect when someone pays over $65,000 on a vehicle (or anyone for that matter) they would be treated with a little more respect than how my father was treated. His Chevy Silverado 2500 malfunctioned with an electrical issue in the engine and had to take it to the nearest facility ASAP. That was Edw. J. Schwarz, Honesdale, PA. He was told they needed to keep the vehicle. He asked for a loaner and they told him they don't do loaners and he "had" to rent a car out of his own pocket. They DID NOT tell him about the "reimbursement" program if it was an issue with the vehicle that fell under the warranty. With it being only 2 months old I would expect it to be covered whatever it was! He called my 88 year old mother who is dealing with kidney failure and other health issues to come and get him. She could have had a seizure or an accident at any moment. I am beyond disgusted at how my elderly father was treated. A person finds their self in this position and YOU CAN'T GET THEM HOME? An elderly, 85 year old man with a brand new $65,000 truck and you tell him "HE HAS TO RENT A CAR TO GET HOME"??? This is completely unacceptable and should be reported to GM. There are no words for this reprehensible treatment. You should be ashamed of your facility! I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. read more

My wife and I felt so at ease during the buying process because there was absolutely no pressure or sales tactic's used to encourage us to buy.
