    Dr. Chu referred me to a physical therapist. When I arrived, the physical therapist did not know…read moreanything about my medical condition and began asking me to perform exercises that are impossible for a person with my disability to do. I questioned her about her knowledge about my condition, she said that she had never heard of Charcot Marie Tooth disease. Asked "What about the Doctors referral, was there some kind of explanation", she said no, but she was willing to learn. I left, this was Dr. Chu's referral. Insurance person lied about a my insurance coverage, the insurance covered $0 of an $8570.00 bill.

    They are not Honest. I saw Dr Chu over 2 months ago. I was charged after seeing him. When I got…read moremy explanation of benefits from Medicare I found he had overcharged me. I called his office explained it and was transferred to billing, where I left messages and requested a call back. No one called back so I called again and left messages for the other billing person. No one called back. I called back front desk and was told nothing they can do you just have to keep leaving messages. I have and still no one calls back. They overcharged me, then refuse to give me my money back, does that make them THIEVES? If they are willing to do this for a few bucks what else will they do to make extra dollars? Will Dr Chu provide healthcare that is the best for me or will he provide whatever healthcare that will make him the most money, whether it is good for me or not? I don't trust him enough to take the chance.
