I didn't see any of the doctors here so I can't comment on them. But Jennifer ordered the vaccinations I needed and they came super quickly. She was really transparent with the pricing up front and she itemized and printed paperwork that I needed so that I can file a claim to my insurance company for reimbursement. Lastly, she is GREAT at administrating the vaccines. I have had so many shots over the course of my life at big hospitals but Jennifer is truly a hidden gem. She was extremely gentle, patient, and made me feel really safe and comfortable during the injection process.

As most people mentioned, she is very energetic and a warm people person. Don't let this fool you. My daughter has had more than one nail treated for ingrown--one, a male doctor, who did a great job and kept the nail in tact. and Dr. Sheth--who virtually cut and treated it at an odd angle--forever crooked. No--no more issues with ingrown--but not ideal--seemed like she put no thought into the healing portion. For a young girl (or any patient for that matter)--it is important and relevant--especially if it it's avoidable. I happen to notice someone else's review mentioning the same thing--propelled to write--as it's obviously recurring and not her strong suitl. Secondly--an more importantly, we came in for shin splints, noticed some "floating bone" in her ankle...she wanted an MRI--my daughter, at the time was about 15. I said, "why? we are not doing surgery"--she said "we should know what's going on"--made sense. But, then, sure enough, she pushed for surgery. I put an immediate halt on that and saw a Stanford foot doctor--for my daughter's level of activity in sports--she did not need the recommended surgery (one that he himself has lived with). She has gone on to play varsity sports in HS and now, a young adult, snow skis, jogs, gym work outs etc. The Stanford doc also shared what the formal name for the issues was--vs "floating bone." For me--2 strikes. I am need of a podiatrist right now...searching the internet for a good fit.

And waited and waited and waited. I wasn't seen until 9:45AM (even though my appt was for 8:30AM) and the first 15 min was spent just her taking my history (and me patiently waiting for her to type it into the computer). I explained to her that unfortunately I needed to leave by 10:30AM, to which she gave me that I should have allotted 1 full hour for the exam. Okay, my bad, no one informed me that an annual exam would take 1 hour. But then I explained to her but my appointment was at 8:30AM and I half-expected to be seen by at least 9:15AM, not 9:45AM. Then she scoffed and told me in a condescending tone: "well you should have come early for your appointment then". WELL I DID. I CAME 20 MINUTES EARLY SO DON'T TELL ME I WAS LATE. And i specifically requested first appt of the day so this exact thing could be avoided. Either give me first appt or LET ME KNOW. Judging on her other reviews, maybe it was just a bad day or whatever but it left such a sour taste in my mouth that I would never recommend her to anything, let alone any doctor part of PAMF. Oh, and then 8 months later when I needed to see my PCP because of some medical stuff going on, I was told that she was booked out 3 months in advance. He gives good recommendations on how to improve your health, and he's good about only writing you a prescription when it really is needed (meaning... no antibiotics unless an antibiotic is needed). My only complaint is his tardiness to appointments. I got used to it after a few years. Even though I booked the first appointment of the day, I'd often have to wait at least 30 minutes for him to arrive. Eventually I got smart about it and called the office 5 minutes prior to my appointment time to see if he was going to be on time that day. I really like and trust Dr Wong. A lot. I would like to remain his patient for years to come. However I learned this week that his billing department wasn't able to get him qualified to accept Anthem Blue Cross EPO insurance purchased thru Covered CA (processed as "Pathway EPO"... it's printed in tiny print at the bottom of the Anthem BC insurance card). Mind you, the Anthem Blue Cross website says he is already authorized to accept this insurance, but when you show up for your appointment you will be greeted at the front desk and told they don't accept Anthem Blue Cross thru Pathway EPO. Today I was told they probably aren't going to make any additional effort to get the contract issue resolved so it seems I will need to find a new PCP. :(

The hospital set up time for the type of visits for doctors and she always ran overtime. This may not be good for patients who don't want to spend too much time with a doctor. But for baby boomers, we need someone who care us more than we care ourselves. She know my personal medical history and family history better than I do and she catches any problems before they get serious. I know two of her patients, my friends, got treated for cancer at early stages because Dr. Kwok knew something was not right and recommended them to go to the hospital for in-deep examinations. If you are young and healthy, and always rush to do everything, then you are better to stick with someone associated with the doctors under the hospital umbrella. They truly efficient. She is a concierge doctor now and she is now allowed to see patients with necessary time without limitation. The membership fee is worthy when you need outstanding care quality. Also she would go above and beyond to provide the care for her patients. I was discharged from an acute hospital In early July 2025. I was too weak to make an office visit after the discharge. Dr. Kwok made 3 house calls in 5 days. I became very ill again on day 4. When she came to visit me on the 5th day , she called 911 and sent me to a different hospital which is better, but further from her office. She stayed in ER with me for 6 hours and visited me in the hospital daily for a week. Her dedication and professionalism truly saved my life. I am so lucky to have her as my doctor.
