I called Spectrum Painting in Pompton Lakes, N.J. and received a callback the next day. I never thought about painting the shutters instead of replacing them. The price was very reasonable and we could choose any color we wanted. Approximately two weeks later, Gregory, from Spectrum showed up. This man was a magician with a paint brush.
