NEEDS TO FOCUS ON CLEANING AND MODERNIZATION!…read more The one thing that I like to see when I walk into a jewelry store is everything SPARKLING!!. Dirty jewelry does not sparkle and it does not interest me. Unfortunately much of their jewelry looked as if it had been sitting in the case since the 70's and needed to be cleaned and polished. I immediately lost interest. I did notice that one of the ladies was cleaning some pieces by had but they really need to invest in something more efficient, (like a gem-sonic cleaning machine). Jewelry should always be shown in its best light. Everything about this store seems dated. My husband actually wanted me to go in and look at the crystal because he is always wanting me to buy some, (like I'm 80). No Honey, I am not interested in crystal of any kind and I don't like seeing it in jewelry stores. It's just weird! Anyway, they are currently having a close-out sale on their dinnerware and crystal if you're interested. I simply purchased the liquid silver cleaning, (apparently they aren't using it anyway), and was on my way. I will say that the women in this store for are very nice and friendly, they even cleaned my bracelet to demo the silver cleaner. Nice! Ideally this store would get 2.5 stars but certainly does not deserve three stars because dirty jewelry is not okay. Unfortunately since half points are not allowed I am giving them 2 stars.
