I was rear-ended on the freeway and despite it being Saturday evening Paul took my call and was immediately a calming presence. He went above and beyond to get the ball rolling. Unfortunately my car was a total loss but when I reached out to Paul for a quote his wife Helen responded almost immediately with multiple scenarios. It's reassuring to have such personable and professional agents serving my auto, home, and life insurance. Thank you Paul and Helen!

All of whom gave me decent quotes but never explained what could be covered and I was generally on my own. Paul gets to explaining and helps me understand what I am covered with, what my deductible is for and how my premium payments are calculated. I've even recommended him to some friends, not just for business but for complications with their own insurance and in one instance, a friend that just flat out had a gap in insurance where he wasn't covered. Luckily my friend got the issue resolved without much money coming out of his pocket and got plenty of help from his insurance company mostly thanks to Paul's advice! Thank you for all your help Paul! Keep up the great work!

(The out-of-town driver was literally not looking where he was going in his Porsche 911S Carrera. He was insured by Sentry Insurance.) Linda was driving and she suffered serious work-compromising injuries to her left arm and shoulder. (We are technical marketing writers.) When the other driver's insurance company (Sentry Insurance, -5 stars) failed to acknowledge the seriousness of her injuries, Linda decided to hire an attorney. She asked around, and hired John Fitzpatrick Vannucci, who came highly recommended by a church friend of ours, also n attorney. And we sure needed his help to obtain even a less-than-fair settlement from Sentry. After over a year of medical treatments--including non-invasive surgery and physical therapy--Linda recovered enough to be able to work again but Sentry Insurance (A BAD OUTFIT) tried almost every trick in the book to avoid paying minimal damage and to wear us down: we finally settled the case during mediation early in 2013. On top of that, Sentry delayed payment until March 15, 2013--almost two months beyond their promised settlement date of "two weeks" following the arbitration agreement on January 10). This required several followup calls from our attorney over many weeks. John Fitzpatrick Vannucci earned his fees leading up to and during the disposition and mediation sessions. He and his assistant, Rex Karu, offered us the capable assistance we needed to deal with the many of the delays that Sentry threw at us. (Did I say that Sentry is a terrible insurance company? Sentry never missed an opportunity to make a just settlement harder to come by for us. (We have had much better experiences with other companies.) I would be embarrassed to have Sentry Insurance, an unfair and small-minded company, represent me and I hope I never have the need to deal with them again. As long as insurance companies like Sentry are around, we will continue to need good personal injury lawyers to make them honest.

They actially called ny father who suffers dementia while i was at work then basically tricked him into lying on their behalf so they could aboid a very minor colpition. These clowns had the nerve to try dropping my coverage and denying the claim based on whatever my poor father was teicked into saying. Their finding was inspite of the mountain of evedence I had already provided them more than establishing what info they sought. They denied the claim, dropoed my policy less than a week after I made the last premium payment. One week, the policy was for a year they covered me 2 months then dropped me and left me to defend the law suite alone. I had been upfrint and honest with them 100% buying my policy and since. Why would I lie it would not have cost me a cent more either way, only these crooks benifited from lying and they didnt hesiate. I am currently trying to have their California License suspended for fraudulent practices. Dont buy anything from them or when you need them they will be gone I all but promise you that. Here in California we are required to buy car insurance and this is one of the advantage taking bottom feeder complanies that comes to profit in such bad legislation. They are no more an insurance company than they are a girl scout troop. They are a boarderline legal den of theives who will close their doors and reopen in a loophole unser a new name every time they get sued as ling as they stay bottom feeding the big guns let them lay. Dont get suckered like I did this is not an actual product it is lip stick on a pig and these folks are straight up crooks. I implore you to run away! Please dont fall victum as I have.
