It's worth the read! Alternately, you can just take my word for it, stop looking, and hire C-Ville Roofs right now C-Ville Steel Roofs crew happened upon a big mess when I hired them to fix the disaster that the first contractor had left behind. The C-Ville Steel Roofs team took it all in stride and commenced to doing things the RIGHT way. My first contractor took my money, purchased materials, did a horrible job that was never completed, and just left. They just left my house half - finished and in a shambles. C-VILLE STEEL ROOFS TO THE RESCUE! Not only did they fix the mess left behind for them, but they showed up early every day, and quite often left late every night. Sometimes, I swear they didn't even take lunch, so intent were they on getting things in order... and all of THAT was before they could really start the job properly ~ as they had to re-do the job the first contractor did in order to even start the project. C-Ville Steel Roofs put on new siding, put in new windows, fixed a few old leaky windows, put on a shiny new door (and it opens, closes, and locks!) put up new porch lights (they turn on and off!!) and the crowning glory ~ the bane of my existence ~ they put up shiny new soffit and facia to go with the new siding and windows. The team was polite, professional, well groomed, considerate, and very detail oriented. They cleaned up their mess, they answered my incessant questions, they jovially went along with my constant flitting about whilst they worked saying things like "Are you going to cover that wood? Are you sure that ladder is not going to fall? How does this thing work? Are you going to be able to get that window up the stairs? Is my dog bothering you?" That last question was usually asked as the dog was absconding with one of the bottled waters they brought with them. Finally, did I mention that I named my property "Windy Hill?" It is ALWAYS windy here, always. It can be calm, and quiet in town, or a mile down the road, the moment you come up my driveway... the wind hits you. C-Ville Steel Roofs took that fully into account when putting on the siding and the window wraps. I can say this with certainty, because Every. Other. Contractor that I have had out here (there have been many) has failed when it came to adjusting for the wind. Not so for C-Ville Steel Roofs, my siding is still on my house (BONUS) My Windows do not leak ~ even in our last few monsoons, and my window wraps are still on my windows! These things are unheard of at this house. Yet, C-Ville Steel Roofs managed to figure it out, and all things are as they left them. I could NOT be happier! My final thoughts, YES, it was expensive, but pretty much in line with everyone else that I got a quote from. Sure, you can get it done more cheaply, but you WILL pay for it in the long run. I called F & S Wiliams at about 4pm and explained what was going on and they saif were going to send someone at night. I told them that wasnt necessary and I got a call from the technician the next morning and he was promptly at my house. Chris showed up and was professional and courteous. I explained him what i knew and what I had tried and he was able to run a few tests and diagnose that the system was freezing up. He explained to me the cost of refrigerant and offered to put that price in writing. I said that it was not necessary because F & S had been a good service for me 9 years ago when another company in town improperly installed my AC unit. Chris charged the system and encouraged questions. He stressed how important customer service is to him and his boss and any questions I had were not interfering with him. After the service was complete, he offered to bill me and I told him if I could use a card or check I could pay right now. He said card or check was acceptable and we settled up right there. It will be 95 degrees tomorrow outside but inside my house it will be a comfortable 68 degrees thanks, in part, to Chris and F & S Williams. I have used them before and if needed, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Baker, and several competitors, after reading several reviews about them and their competitors. M.P. Baker was the only company to return my call. Although they couldn't get an electrician in that day, Kyle was dispatched for the following morning. Kyle arrived wearing ppe, opened up the breaker box, and determined that the main circuit breaker needed to be replaced. Kyle called around for a replacement (apparently whoever rewired the house installed an oddball circuit breaker) but the closest location was in Indianapolis. I had the day off from work so I volunteered to go get it (plus it guaranteed we would have power that day). After I returned with the part, Kyle installed and tested it, in about an hour. The labor rate was reasonable and about what I expected. The circuit breaker ended up costing $400, twice what I expected. Would I use them again? Yes, although a bit pricey overall.

The plumber used shark bite style connectors, but didn't secure it to the structure of the house so it slopped around. The next call was to repair an upstairs shower drain. Two men showed up. I had already cut a small section of the ceiling below to assess what happened. The used a Wingtite Shower Drain Replacement, which installs entirely from the top. The older of the two then said there wasn't enough room to build a p-trap. He said he could do 1" pipe and it would fit between the floors. When he finished the p-trap was completely below the plane of the ceilings drywall. I told him this was unacceptable. He rebuilt it, but we still had to shave a significant amount of drywall from the ceiling patch. I would NOT recommend Anderson Plumbing

This latest call was concerning our sump pump and that ie was running continuously but it was intermittent - Norbert came out the next day, and spent a considerable amount of time diagnosing the issue and getting it replicate the problem. He was not only able to fix it simply, he correct another issue (loud pump operation) by thoroughly cleaning the sump pit- he saved is considerable money and frustration. Highly recommend Anderson. May cost more on first view, but well worth the service call fee.

They charged me double the actual labor. I paid it over the phone, then told them the hours were wrong. I didn't ask for a discount because I wanted the right to share this experience. The goal was to preserve the style of the barn that my Dad constructed and this was not a standard project. Bart was highly engaged throughout the project and it turned out great. For the size of home and the explanation of needing upgraded materials or shingles to justify the $20k quotes. We called Wilkinson, got a quick quote, help picking out shingles, and it was scheduled on Friday for the following Monday. Talk about a miracle!! This was a Last minute roof, in Nov. on my son's house for sale. To say it was an excellent customer service experience is an understatement. Esther & Josh are very good with communication; and easy to get in contact with! My husband also got on the roof during tear off to see what all they were replacing; as we knew a couple of spots needed addressed.
