I am a repeat and loyal Airy Time Customer. This summer they replaced one of two HVAC systems at my home that happened to be over 20 years old. They did a fantastic job, and the new system is FABULOUS! Last week my second system suddenly stopped working. This system was about 13 years old and was installed by someone who did jobs on the side. As it turns out, the "I know a guy" strategy wasn't a great one, as the system wasn't ever grounded to anything, so when recent storms blew threw, so blew my system. At first I thought it was just the thermostat, so I called them to help take a look at that. After a thorough investigation, they found that it was much more than that ... several thingamajigs and bobbles had not taken well to a surge of electricity (I know ALL the terms!). They fixed all of the woes of the system both inside and outside of the house, found several issues that weren't a problem now but would soon become one, and addressed those as well. This is a trustworthy company that responds promptly to your needs and provides great service at a good price. They will educate you on what is going wrong in your system and how they will make it right (they'll even tell you the official terminology ... I just didn't absorb it!). I'm so excited to share how great the customer service is with this company. The first time I encountered them was approximately June of 2021 through my warranty company. The first guy I meet was Jeremy. He was so super nice . He gave me so much information about my air conditioner unit. He took his time and went the extra mile to make me feel good with him coming to my house. I have now had the opportunity to continue my business with Airy Time because of that encounter. I'm so overwhelmed with joy that the gentlemen Jacob and Daniel have exceeded my expectations of purchasing a new air conditioning unit. I went so many days of dealing with a warranty company that did not make me a happy customer. I called their office when a lovely lady sent a guy out to my house to address my issue. Two days later I now have a working new unit that I purchased through them. Jacob was 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time I was given for them to come and install on today August 14th 2021. Home Warranties are awful and a scam. I had such a great experience with Airy Time Heating & Cooling here in Lebanon! From the first phone call to the final handshake, the team was professional, friendly, and on time. They worked with me thru the home warranty issues and I quickly understood that being a customer of Airy Time was far better than wasting money on a home warranty. What really stood out was how much they cared about doing the job right. They wore shoe covers inside, cleaned up after themselves, and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still running smoothly. That kind of service is rare these days. Impeccable! One of our split units stopped its cooling function and they were able to come in the next day to assess and fix the situation. They informed us about what was going on with our HVAC split units and the different options we had in terms of the time it would take to repair and the cist of fixing the situation and whatever follow-up may be necessary. Our office's air conditioning stopped functioning. After looking at it, another contractor I called informed me that the compressor was broken and that the unit would need to be replaced at a cost of thousands of dollars. I phoned Airy Time and spoke with a man, and he sent someone out to do his own inspection, which revealed a defective capacitor on the air conditioner. He did several other small repairs and the unit is functioning again for hundreds of dollars; a fraction of the cost of the other company. Excellent service! read more

This is the second time I used Airy Time Heating & Cooling and they are fantastic. The first time my AC went down and they replaced a part and it worked fine. My heater did not function this time in the midst of the cold wave. Despite the fact that my system is outdated, they claim they prefer the older ones. They could have persuaded me to choose a completely other system if I had been less experienced. In fact, the system currently functions better than it ever has.
