I had some understanding of the situation and I know NOTHING about plumbing. He didn't try to add on extra services or un-necessary repairs. He was on time, very polite and solved our problems. It's obvious how knowledgeable and experienced he is. We thought this malfunction involving the septic system and our bathrooms was going to become a very expensive monster. It was manageable and we were all able to sleep easy that night. He is going to come back next week to check up on things and advised us to call if we have further issues.
