However, they weren't able to unclog the sink after an hour of effort and recommended I tear out the wall and start replacing pipes. I called the other McCalister plumbers out of West T and they were able to unclog it within 15 minutes. I don't know enough about plumbing to know what should be "hard" or not, but I was surprised they couldn't fix it and even more surprised after the other company fixed it so quickly.

The company was called out to replace a hot water heater in our church. They did go purchase the…read morenew heater and took out the old one, but could not finish the installation due to an electrical problem, which was not their fault, but we felt $1000 for installation is a bit excessive. They disagreed. The individual I talked to said they would come out and finish the job (plug it in) when the electrical was fixed. I told her that was highly unlikely, we would take care of it ourselves and would be using someone else in the future. She said "Fine" and hung up. Such a disappointment. They did some work in my house 2 or 3 years ago and we were quite pleased. They were very cost conscious back then. So sorry their policy has changed.
