Noe Pablo was the most thorough in messaging through the Yelp app, so my husband and I chose him. I had 2 medium-sized fruit trees I needed to transfer from my parent's home in Southeast San Diego to mine in North County. I took pictures and he gave us a very reasonable price. We also decided to also add another service to take out our palm tree. There were a couple of mishaps such as: The day he was scheduled to take out the palm tree, he was a no-show and my husband had to call him an hour after he was supposed to arrive. Then, the day after that incident, was the fruit tree transfer. He and his team forgot to bring their dolly. Thank goodness my Dad had one so they borrowed it, but now we have the burden in taking it back. Despite these mishaps, Noe was very knowledgeable and professional in his mannerisms. The day of the fruit tree transfer, he and his team arrived in a timely manner, was efficient and did a great job overall. We were very pleased and will definitely use him again if we have another project.

Paublo and his team did a great job. We look forward to having them back to plant sone fruit trees.read more

There were at least six guests who requested vegan meals and were served a simple curry over rice. The salad was not vegan, the dessert was not vegan, and even the vegetables were cooked in butter, making them unsuitable as well. Meanwhile, other guests had multiple dish options to choose from. For such a high end wedding venue, the lack of consideration for dietary restrictions was extremely disappointing. The food overall felt like the weakest part of an otherwise beautiful experience, and it is the only reason I would hesitate to recommend this venue.

Our planner, Aiat, made our wedding planning process so easy and we felt so special and genuinely cared for. Aiat made sure that everything we requested was taken care of and she was so patient and proactive and always had a fresh drink ready for me and my groom to enjoy at the wedding. Our Day of Coordinator and Bridal Assistant made sure we had everything we needed and we always knew next steps. The bartender, banquet servers and all of the event setup staff were also all so great and helpful. Every one of our guests have all mentioned how beautiful and perfect the wedding was and how much they enjoyed the venue, food, drinks and overall experience! I can't say enough amazing things about Trademark Venues and their amazing staff. Thank you to Trademark and big thanks especially to Aiat for making our special day the absolute best!

There are knowledable staff on site to assist with questions or purchases. Convenient potting media purchase. Pay the register, drive around to the loading zone and they load the bags into your car for you. I love to come here during bareroot season (Jan-March). They carry a huge variety of tree, berries, grapes, and although the plants cost more than your big box store but there is a huge difference in quality. The quality of the plants and the value that comes with them definitely makes the trip work it to come out and see what they have. The staff is super helpful too, we've always had great interactions with them and their knowledge is on point.

From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, they were professional, reliable, and incredibly thorough. The new landscape--with lush plantings, an improved irrigation system, and beautiful boulders--looks fantastic and has completely transformed our yard. Steve was on-site with his crew every day, ensuring every plant was placed precisely and the boulders were within a 1/16 inch of perfection. He has an amazing eye for creating a soft, rhythmic feel in the landscape. The crew arrived on time, paid close attention to detail, and left the work area spotless each day. Communication was excellent--clear estimates, thoughtful design ideas, and prompt updates. It's clear they take pride in their craftsmanship. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their outdoor space.

Steve and his crew are very professional and his enthusiasm for the project showed through. I cannot recommend Steve enough.

The previous owner…read moreleft my Manuel Valentine's business card and said that Manual had been taking care of the lawn & garden for the last 4 years, since he first purchased the home. I spoke with Manuel the first weekend I was in the house in June, and he sounded like a nice fellow. Manuel made several suggestions of trimming & planting that he'd been wanting to do, and all of them sounded like excellent ideas. We discussed a very very reasonable price, and he agreed to start the following week. Mr. Valentine is licensed (CA Lic #29140), well referenced, extremely hard working, talented, and a genuinely nice guy. His English is excellent, he's reliable, very willing to tackle any task in the yard, and gets the job done in a fraction of the time (1/3 or 1/5th or 1/10th) it would take the normal homeowner to do the same job. Manuel takes tremendous pride in his work. When I told him how beautiful the roses were, he told me he'd planted them himself, 5 years ago, and has been giving them tender loving care ever since. In fact, he has been the sole gardener for the home since it was built in 2002, and he maintains many of the neighbors' yards as well. I've had a handful of gardeners over the years who start off the first or 2nd visits very well, and then quickly decline to "blow and go" around the yard. Manuel is not one of those lackadaisical "blow and go" gardeners, and I appreciate his work so much, that I created this Yelp review. Along with gardening, he also does lawn maintenance, drains & sprinklers, planting, and bush & shrub & palm removals. I could not be happier with his work, and I will be referring all of my neighbors who are not yet using Manuel's skills to him as well. You can't go wrong with hiring Manuel Valentine. There is no harder working gardener in N.San Diego County.
