My concern with the office is a reflection on the staff and the cleanliness. Carlos and Sherry were fantastic, both appeared to go over and above what was expected. There appeared to be stress between other assistants who may not have been carrying their weight. Cleanliness was also a concern. Being a former RDA I know the importance of keeping exam rooms spotless. Counters appeared not cleaned well, lights were not cleaned well and materials from prior patients remained in the exam room while I was there and Being treated.
