I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Butler and the entire team. From…read moremy very first consultation and follow up appointments, I felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Butler took the time to listen to my goals, answer every question, and explain the procedure in detail. I never felt pressured, and I appreciated the honest recommendations. I am only two weeks post op and am already extremely happy with the results . The incisions are healing beautifully, and the attention to detail is evident in the outcome!

I underwent a primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Butler in July 2024. During my consultation, I clearly stated my two main goals: reducing my dorsal hump and lifting or rotating the nasal tip. Dr. Butler told me that my tip angle was already appropriate and that reducing the dorsal hump would cause the tip to "fix itself." Although I questioned this explanation, I trusted his professional judgment and proceeded with surgery. From the early postoperative period, it was evident that something was wrong. Even with the cast still on, my nasal tip appeared droopy and unsupported. I also want to note that no taping or support was ever used postoperatively to help maintain tip position. I was repeatedly reassured that this was normal and advised to "give it time." At cast removal, the issue became more apparent. Although swelling masked some of the deformity, my tip remained rotated downward, consistent with a developing pollybeak deformity. I again raised concerns and was told that all swelling had "settled into the tip" from the cast and that there was nothing to worry about. Between two and three months post-op, after moving out of state, I sent multiple emails to Dr. Butler's nurse expressing concern about my collapsed, downward-drooping tip and a prominent bump at the tip of my nose that appeared to be protruding cartilage. These concerns were again dismissed and attributed to swelling due to my being "very active," and I was told I would need to wait until six months post-op for evaluation. At my six-month in-person appointment, my appearance had not improved and had, in fact, worsened. I raised my concerns directly with Dr. Butler regarding the obvious pollybeak deformity. His response was dismissive; he stated, "Someone's been online, haven't they," and told me that my nose looked great and that he "wouldn't have changed a thing." No revision, corrective plan, or financial accommodation was offered. Following this appointment, I consulted with three well-known U.S. revision rhinoplasty specialists, all of whom independently confirmed a clear pollybeak deformity, a droopy and under-rotated tip, and protruding cartilage irregularities. Ultimately, I required revision rhinoplasty at fifteen months post-op, at an additional cost of $15,000. Several months after my surgery, I reviewed the practice's website and was shocked to find my photos being used in a misleading manner. Although I signed a photo release, I did not consent to false or deceptive representation. The photo labeled as my "before" image is actually my six-month post-op result, while the photo labeled as my "after" image appears to be taken within the first month post-op, when swelling temporarily obscured the deformity. The website claims the "after" photo was taken at four months post-op, despite me not having a four-month appointment. If my nose truly "looked great," it is concerning that my unsatisfactory six-month result was used as a "before" image. I have attached screenshots and accurate before-and-after photos for reference. I reached out to the office to express my concerns regarding my postoperative care and the misleading use of my photos and received no response. I am sharing my experience so that others can make a fully informed decision and avoid the physical, emotional, and financial distress that I endured.

This physician will do your consultation on your insurance... get approval... and then not schedule…read morean appointment for surgery unless you leave a bad google review. Then.. if you leave that review, he will give you a surgery appointment and then botch the surgery. He doesn't use drains after breast surgery and then after surgery when the swelling is extreme, your incisions will burst open and bleed. He will tell you this is "Normal and expected ". Then when you see him again in the office, he will take off your dressing with his bare hands, wipe the drainage from your incisions with paper towels from the holder next to the sink, pack your incisions with unsterile gauze and unsterile Q tips from Walmart, all with his bare hands and tell you again that this is all old blood, totally normal and to be expected. Then you will have to ASK for wound care, get cultures, and find out that he has given you MRSA AND ENTEROBACTER CLOACAE. All because he doesn't wear gloves. This physician does not follow standard precautions and will blow you off at every turn. He has taken away 5 months of my life all from a breast reduction which the normal down time is 2 weeks. I am an RN of 20 years and have had the worst experience of my life! I may not have back pain anymore due to large breasts, but my incision is still being packed 5 months later. He has a bottle of normal saline on his counter that expired in 2021. He has a sterile instrument pack on the counter that expired that was sterilized in June 2025. It is no longer sterile. It expired months ago. Again, he doesn't use gloves nor care and and has NEVER touched me in the office while wearing a pair of gloves! I had D/DD cup breasts prior to reduction surgery. I was told I would be a C cup afterward. I have nothing even close to a C. An A cup doesn't even fit. The fabric bunches up at the top. I have yet to be able to find a bra that fits. I would post all of the pictures if they weren't so graphic. Scenes from a horror movie.

My husband and I both took time off work, booked airfare, rental car, and Airbnb, and spent thousands traveling from out of state for my surgery. At my pre-op appointment, the doctor said he should not operate because I use nicotine patches. (Maybe mention that BEFORE my pre-op?) This requirement was never disclosed prior to booking. They sent me a restricted medication list and a restricted supplement list, which I followed 100% -- nicotine patches were not listed anywhere. Their excuse? The staff member who should have provided the nicotine policy was "new". Because of their internal mistake, I'm left with thousands in wasted expenses and now even more wasted time filing a lawsuit and a complaint with the BBB just to try to recover my losses. This experience was shockingly unprofessional. My husband and I kindly requested basic compensation for the out-of-pocket expenses from this wasted trip and (not surprisingly) never heard back. Their silence just doubles down on how poorly they treat their patients. Truly disappointing.
