Rick Smith sold me a used golf cart for my mother and assured me that the cart would run about 23 mph and he would take care of everything. After paying $3800 for the cart, Smith said he would meet my mother at DMV to register the cart. After numerous delays, the cart was finally delivered but only would run 12 mph. After 1 1/2 years of hearing every excuse and lie Smith could make up, the ordeal ended with Mobile Police Officer assistance in forcing Smith to return the golf cart after it was finally repaired by an actual golf cart repair shop in MS. I would not purchase anything from this business ever again. What seemed like a fair deal turned into a horrible deal as I continue to repair the golf cart to this day. I asked for my money back numerous times during the ordeal. One of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing anything.
