I reached out to Ashley wanting to go back to my natural color. She first asked me for pics and a description of my hair journey. NEVER have I been asked by any stylist for this. So, I was ALREADY impresssed. She responded with a wealth of knowledge and I felt like woah this girl knows what she is talking about. Still nervous to go to a new stylist I booked and was excited to hopefully go back to being a natural brunette.( For years stylist kept me at a cooper tone/red tone)My appointment was at 5 and she text me around 4ish said she was running about 10 minutes behind. Wow, another plus! Thought that was super thoughtful and made me realize she was respectful of my time. Walked into this very quaint shop immediately my eyes went to the Bible sitting on the table. I knew I was in the right place. Along with the Bible there was Christian music playing AND scripture throughout the shop. She greeted me with a smile AND an apology for running a few minutes behind. I have NEVER had such amazing customer service in a salon in my 41 years. Acknowledging me as soon as I walked in AND apologizing for running JUST 10 minutes behind. Once I got in her chair she thoroughly checked my hair, asked me again about my journey and looked again at the pics I sent. She told me she already had a plan for me. She could sense how tense I was but talked me through the entire process. She offered me water, tea, or coffee while my hair was processing. She was super easy to chat with and I love how open she is talking about her faith. (Side note, the other stylist in the salon also super sweet and kind.) Once my hair was washed and completed she asked me to put my glasses on while she was drying my hair so I could check out the color. Listen, I almost cried. I could not believe how accurate and how my color was EXACTLY the way I have wanted it for YEARS! All the cooper red tones were gone, what Ive been asking stylist for years to do. I told her she was a magician. She literally is the color queen!!!! Ashley, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me feel beautiful and helping me back on my natural hair journey!

Hair dresser had to wash it twice to try to get the color out and still looks awful!!!! Red dye on my face and skin. Had to leave and come back so she could finish the service!! Staci just moved back to NC after spending years working as a stylist in San Diego. She did a great job cutting my hair, even brought out the razor for my thick hair. She highlighted and low-lighted, blending my gray hairs. All for under 70$ - and blew dry and styled my hair. My mom has been getting sculpted nails for years, the manicurist, Becca, at Electric Beach talked her into some kind of new gel procedure. It looks great, her nails are not thick , but natural looking and the gel lasts longer than what she used to get. Also Crystal gives great haircuts, but she does not usually work on Saturdays. I can not believe the talent that is in this little shop in Taylorsville.
