So delicious! The service was quick and the energy was high in the restaurant. We loved the interior design around 5pm as we wound down for the day. My aunt was insistent on getting the rotisserie chicken, so we got a half chicken and some other dishes. Everything was delicious, and we ate the leftover rotisserie chicken the next day. So juicy! Wish I lived closer to a place like Ed'z

A well kept secret by the locals, Ed'z features a modern decor with friendly service, and amazing food. I should warn you, the portions are on the bigger side and reasonably priced for the amount of food. The blooming onion was cooked to perfection and so was the meatloaf. For me though, the mashed potatoes and gravy were the star of my dish. Followed closely by a creamy mac n cheese. We loved it so much, we went back a second time. This time for the Cajun pasta, more mashed potatoes and gravy and the mud pie for dessert

This place was awesome! Super busy so make sure you get a reservation. Food was great. My dad ordered the steak and said it was one of the best he's ever had. We all shared the ribs as well and agreed they were pretty good. Truffle tots are great if you like truffle! Soup was good but soup of the day so it changes all the time. Staff was super nice & gave great recommendations. The ambiance is kind of a more upscale sports bar in a way! I wore jeans and a nice top.

Whole chicken broiled with sides of mashed potatoes & broccoli. Cornbread with butter served as well.

Broiled chicken & mashed potatoes with broccoli was delicious. Enough leftovers for following days!

Half rack of bbq ribs with mashed potatoes and green beans

Had the half rack with mashed potatoes and green beans. Wasn't bad but the ribs could have used a little more time to cook. The bbq sauce has a nice spice to it. The Bloody Mary was pretty good too. The staff were generally very nice but one bartender could use some tips on how to be more customer friendly. The manager was on top of things and very friendly which was nice to see. The atmosphere was good. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a football game.

Amazing mussels in salty coconut curry goodness with biquinho peppers. I would order this again.

We went here on May 13. The parking lot was fairly full. Ed'z has been open a few months att his point I think. They are in the same restaurant group as Northside Kitchen, Southside Benderz and Fattoria. Since it's mud season, it was not full but still pretty busy. We grabbed two seats at the bar and checked out the menu. I ordered the 7552' and my wife ordered the Courtesy Call. They were both really good but my glass was sticky from the grenadine all over it. We got a half rack of Ribs and the short rib pit roast for dinner. For sides, I got the charred broccoli and green beans while my wife got green beans and onion rings. Everything was spot on and full of flavor. The veggies were cooked perfectly and both of our meats were fall apart tender. The staff was fairly attentive but it seemed like they were a little short staffed at the bar. This would be a great place for a more casual romantic date or a nice dinner out that won't break your budget. I would imagine that all the food here is as good as the other restaurants they own. It's definitely a welcome addition to the food scene in the valley and we'll be coming here quite a bit.

Had the Sunday night Walleye special, delicious! Had to sit at the bar, only negative but our fault for not making reservations.

This a great new(ish) edition to the growing Edwards restaurant scene. In the evening, there is dim lighting over the open floor plan, which draws your attention to the large fire place or bar that wraps around opposite sides of the restaurant. This would be a good place for a date night. The wedge salad is the perfect size to be split between two people for an appetizer. They also have really good chicken pot pie. It's freshly baked and filled with tender chicken.

The bar itself is gorgeous, with thoughtful attention to small details. The bar seating against the window rail is incredible and if it's a nice day, you'll find it like we did, with the accordion window panes tucked away. You can't find a better way to spend an afternoon in the city - their craft cocktails are creative and unexpected. The views to pair with that, along with great company - chef's kiss. We ordered a few drinks and soaked in the views. The staff checked on us often and were up to making a few "off menu" drinks - that wowed us. If you aren't seeing what you are looking for, ask for it. I bet you won't be disappointed.

I'm so glad I found this spot while vacationing in Beaver Creek…read more We were looking for a place to grab some appetizers as we weren't that hungry and The Lookout Bar was the perfect spot as they only serve drinks and noshes. The Lookout bar is located in The Westin and on the top floor with stunning views. We were first greeted by the host Hal who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I noticed Hal walking through the bar checking on guests and also assisting the servers as needed with drink and food orders. We were seated at the window which had stunning views of the local village and mountain. Our servers John and Augustina were excellent. They never left us waiting for service and continuously checked in on us. We ordered dirty martinis which were served nice and cold. The only negative about the martinis would be the glasses are smaller than what martinis at most other places would be served in so it is simply a smaller serving. However, the wine was a generous pour. For bites, we ordered the Pimento Cheese which was served warm with baguette. So tasty. The beef + blue toasts. This was okay but not our favorite. The burrata salad. Very refreshing and delicious. Since we were not staying at the Weston and had to valet, they were kind enough to validate our ticket. I would definitely recommend stopping in for a drink and experience the beautiful views and delicious drinks and small bites.
