If he can fix it, he will. What I needed done, he couldn't fix before I left town. He needed to order a part and it would take too long to arrive. He checked out my tires as well after I noticed my car was pulling to the right. As expected, I needed new front tires. I trusted his judgement...why? Well, he doesn't sell tires. This place is HORRIBLE!!! I went there for a simple problem with my heater not working. NOTHING EVER leaked on my vehicle. Has to take it in there 3 times to correct the problem that should have been corrected the 1st time!!! After taking it there 3x, I thought my heat problems were fixed. Got to be honest I was very disappointed with their place. I haven't lived in town too long and was looking for a local place to have an unexpected repair done. They're not too far from my house so I chose then based on location and previous reviews. I had to have my vehicle towed in then went into the office to make arrangements. They told me "hope you're not in a rush " and said a couple of weeks. Thankfully I have a second car and figured we'll 2 weeks is better than a tow to Vegas and dealership prices. Two weeks goes by crickets coming up on 3 weeks I walked in and was told they haven't gotten to it yet. I expressed my frustration and tried to light a fire under their buts. Another week goes by nothing so now we're at a month and I need this vehicle back now. I walked in again they said well we looked at it and took it for a ride and had to have it towed back again no shit Sherlock then scanned for codes and found the issue. You'd assume they would do that prior to a ride. Part ordered a few days. Few days later wrong part few more day. Get a call one late afternoon from from them no voicemail just a missed call. I called Next day yea it's done. Thanks for the voice mail. So five weeks later and $900 later I get the vehicle back. Guy pulls it out from around back I get it drive off a few miles down the road notice the hood doesn't look right get out and hood isn't closed just hanging open you can't make this shit up. So I call the dealer in Vegas next day for a price on the part repaired OEM part of $139. These jokers charge me $392 for the part. I understand there is a markup but 3x really. Thankful no issues with repair but I would never repeat here and don't recommend you either read more

This place came highly recommended, so I took my car in to see why the AC was not working properly. I was told to replace my dash switch before they could look at the real issue because the button was bad and needed to be replaced in order for AC to be working. Fan speeds 1-3 on my switch didn't work, but the highest setting would. They told me replacing it would solve that problem and they could go from there. They quoted me $177 for said part, but said if I provide it myself they would install. So I did, and they proceeded to charge me $130 labor to replace it improperly. The fan settings still do not work, the AC still isn't working properly because they still don't know why the AC won't stay on, and NOW the vent selector does not work thanks to the son installing it incorrectly. I called and was told it was nothing they did, that everything looked fine when he was done with it, and it must be something I did when I got the car back. All I did was turn the thing on, only to find I can't move the switch at all. He said to bring it back but could not confirm I would not be charged to fix their mistake. I will NOT be going back other than for them to correct their mistake and will not only not recommend them but will be actively steering women away, men may not have problems with them but every female I've spoken to, they get the run around, most likely from assuming we couldn't possibly know what we're talking about. I don't know for sure on that, but it truly stinks. I want my money back, but know for a fact I won't get it, despite them screwing up and creating more problems for me. I have heard from several others since this ordeal about them also having to spend hundreds of dollars only to NOT have anything fixed, and even have new problems because of their shoddy service! I'm not a car guy and I do not trust mechanics, but my water pump went out and I had no choice but to get professional help. I got an estimate 1 year ago on a water pump with labor for $650. Edzo's price was $450. Edzo and the staff seemed to be "straight shooters" and friendly enough to make me comfortable asking questions. I was referred to Edzo as an honest and caring mechanic, "like in the old days" Boy was that an accurate description. I had several reasons to work with him. Two of the times were something I was doing wrong. Edzo worked on it twice and figured out it was my key that was in error. No charge, and a drive home. My aunt experience some problems with her car and took it to Edzo. She had tried several times before to have the same item fixed with other mechanics, so she wasn't expected much. After Edzo worked on it, it did break down again. But you know what he did? Picked her up, paid for a hotel room for her and kept her car until he was absolutely sure it as road ready and charged her nothing! She had taken it to the dealership 5 separate times to no avail. We had two pickup trucks that were having intermittant problems. We stopped by Edzo's with one truck, told them the symptoms, and within minutes they found the problem. The part was ordered and the truck fixed that day. We took the second truck in the following day, and they found the problem on it as well and had it fixed the same day.
