They were very quick to respond to my initial request with the information I needed. After exchanging some necessary information, we scheduled an install date. Their pricing was very competitive. Jake was very communicative. He sent a reminder and on the day of install, kept me informed of his arrival time, etc. He was right on time. He began his work and was incredibly thorough in his approach. He unmounted my old/dead TV and prepped for the new one. Once he got it mounted, everything looked great with all the cables hidden. Original installer was only interested in up selling me stuff I didn't want or need so basically I was left in the dark trying to figure it out myself. One morning on my way to work I ran across a Leisure Technology truck copied the number and it was one of the best decisions I made. Derek came over told me exactly what I needed and was always transparent when it came to price and the scope of work. Bought a house in September 2024 and a Gordon Security System was already in place from previous…read moreowners. I called the number on the security system (sticker with their info) and switched the service over to my name. At that time talking to the IT guy, he was able to talk me through setting up 2 apps on my phone, ( 1 to monitor cameras, and 1 to arm or disarm) the system. I had lots of questions with the split screen monitor and the software. I was told that someone would/ could come out and show me how to is the software. Fast forward 10 months later, still don't know how to use the software, and the app to monitor cameras on my phone needed to be re-installed due to me getting a new phone. I called the main number and was given another number to call the IT guy. I called and explained my issue. He tells me there will be a $125 service call. I explained that it was done over the phone last time, and he said $125 service charge regardless of them coming out OR over the phone. I said not happening and I'll just cancel service. Then I get a call from one of the owners (I think) and he says "I understand my IT guy got ya mad) I said not mad, just disappointed he wanted to charge me $125 service fee to resolve my issue over the phone. The owner said, wait a minute, there's no fee for resolution over the phone. I said, that's what I was told. The owner said hold on I'll get back with you. I waited over a week to hear back.... Never received a call back, so I cancelled the service. Never did know how to use the software, couldn't monitor any cameras from my phone, there was no motion detection associated with the cameras so you don't get any alerts or notifications when someone is lurking around your house, but for $28/ month you'd get a call if someone broke in through an entry door.

Randy and an assistant conducted the install in a timely manner, it was nice to work with someone that listens to what my concerns are and then provided options allowing me to make my decision.
