My car spent weeks under his terrible care before calling me to say it was ready for pickup. If I didn't have fire extinguishers with me the car would have been a complete loss. We dropped it off at Leete on a Friday afternoon, and I explained to the mechanics that we desperately needed the car repaired so we could drive back to Atlanta after the wedding weekend. They quoted me $1,000 for the job and promised they would do their absolute best to get us back on the road. The very next day, the mechanic kept me updated with text messages throughout the afternoon and evening. To make a long story short, he stayed and worked on our car until 11:00 PM on a Saturday night! Once it was finished, he let me pay the bill over the phone, which actually turned out to be cheaper than the original quote. He safely hid the keys for us so we could drive our rental car back from Leesburg, swap vehicles, and make it safely home to Atlanta without a single issue.Without the team at Leete, we would have been stranded in Richmond, missing work, and stuck paying for extra hotel nights. I cannot thank them enough. What mechanic stays at a shop until 11:00 PM working on a stranded family's car while constantly keeping them updated? They have earned my highest recommendation!

Taking their time to do an estimate about a week with the car "A" Auto Body finally completed their estimate. THEY TOTALED THE CAR. Since the car only had a "repairable bump" on it and ran perfectly. Simply put my common sense radar went off and I told them I wanted the car. THEN I received a $2,300.00 approx. bill for my car being parked in their lot while they did the estimate and heard from the insurance company. In the mean time no one in the shop called to tell me I could pick the car up. This is a fee I was unaware and never told by the front desk when checking in ($150.00 per day.) The fee was an additional charge over and above any work on the car included other "charges" for the estimate itself. Their response when I voiced concern about the parking fees was, "The insurance company will pay." My review to other customers: Caveat Emptor - "buyer beware." Do your homework and don't leave the car.

I brought my car here to be serviced. There was nothing major wrong with my car, there were no…read morelights lit up on the dashboard at all. I only brought it in to find out more about the heat sensor (for my heated seats) and front bumper parking assistant (the front camera). After the diagnostic was done, I decided not to have the repairs done because of pricing. I informed EuroTune of my decision not to move forward and came to pick my car up the next day. Upon starting the car, I noticed the check engine light and other lights indicating faults were lit up on the dashboard. These lights were never on before bringing it in. When I brought this to their attention, they told me that they were going to fix the issue. They said it was because their mechanic had a lot of things open for the diagnostic check and may not have put everything back correctly. However, later that evening, I received a text saying they looked through a camera scope through the radiator cover and noticed that a rodent chewed through the wiring. I called and spoke to Jennifer and explained that my car is garage kept and I have regular pest inspections at my home so there was no way there was rodent damage prior to me bringing it in. That's when Jennifer explained that it may have happened at their facility while parked in the lot, however there was nothing they could do at that point without me paying for further service. At this point I do not trust this mechanic shop and regret going to EuroTune and would advise anyone to not bring their vehicles here for anything. I feel I was scammed.
