My wife meet a woman who recommended Kevin to us. My wife read the Yelp reviews and we contacted Kevin for our window replacement. I've been a machinist for more than 40 years so I appreciate quality and Kevin delivers! Kevin came over and explained the different options etc. measured our windows. When it came time to install the windows I remarked to Kevin how impressed I was that he was using a level. He laughed and said, "You'd be surprised at how many installers just eyeball it." Our installation took two days, all the windows and sliding glass doors were in the first day so we were weather tight. On day two Kevin and his helper came to finish up. Kevin did the interior trim work while his helper was caulking the outside. Kevin did a GREAT job on the interior trim work. The corners butt up nicely without gaps and all windows on doors operate smoothly. While Kevin was trimming the interior his helper was removing stickers and cleaning the windows both inside and out. Before they left all the trash was picked up and our window coverings were rehung. Kevin is friendly, fair priced, and does a high quality job. Kevin arrived exactly when he said he would to check out my windows. I was concerned because water had been seeping into the metal space under the window whenever it rained. After a close inspection, Kevin showed me where the seep holes had been blocked by a recent stucco job. After clearing the holes he told me that the problem was fixed and that I didn't need new windows. He did not want payment for his services. What an honest and perceptive person.
