I told the lady I just needed them to be cleaned up a little and to keep the same shape. I wanted to cry when I looked at the damage she did. She completely changed the shape of my brows making them 2 uneven overly arched thin lines!!! I have cuts all along the sides of my brows and temples. When I pointed this out she said it looked fine and if I wanted more off she would take it off. There is nothing more to take off! I literally have no eyebrows. This is the worst threading experience of my life and I have been doing threading for over 20 years!!! It will take forever for them to grow back.

It's hard to imagine that such a well-designed salon could be set up in this little tiny row of stores, but it's amazing! I can tell that there's quite a few loyal customers there, just by watching the stylists interact with them. The pricing is more than fair, you always feel comfortable when you get there and nothing less than all put together when you leave! Kelly puts a lot of thought into how she processes and cares for your hair - mine hasn't been this healthy in years, and I insist on having it colored. I lock in a spot with her every 6 weeks, because she has a lot of loyal customers. Highly and exclusively recommend!
