They rushed the process all be it being completely botched. Everything from the pre-screening process to the application of the wax was wrong. Not to mention they had no experience dealing with my type of hair texture. After the service was done I followed their rules given but my face was on fire. The skin lifted from multiple rounds of the incorrect type of wax used. They also mentioned that I should've waited for my hair to be longer being waxing it. This should've be explained before hand not after the skin gets permanently damaged. Everything that could have gone wrong did and when I tried to ask for a refund the manger was laughing at me because my "reasoning was not right", according to her. Here's a message for MassageLuXe though, find a way to make sure your masseuses' hand are warm. Feeling cold lotion or a not so warm hands from time to time throughout the massage is not the best service you can provide. She was rude, cut me off and hung up in my ear when I called today. I scheduled a new patient visit, booked 1 month out. I arrived 20 minutes early, paid a $40 co-pay upfront. Filled out a ton of paperwork ( it took me 30 minutes because I like to be thorough). I literally saw the doctor for 8 minutes, no exaggeration. He asked 3 questions, gave me a script for X-rays and I was sent back to the front. No treatment. At the front they did not explain anything, where to go to get the x-rays, if I needed a follow up appointment, nothing. I had to ask where to go and let them know the doctor wanted to reschedule for next day. I canceled today's appointment and requested a refund of my co-pay. I'm not sure if they are not use to treating people who look like me, but I did not get treated well at all. I will not be sending my family or anyone I know here as long as the front desk manager is still there. I'm sure Dr. West does his best, but with a name like Be TRULY WELL, I expected more compassion, comfort and kindness. What I got was rudeness and irritation.

WHAT terrible management and behavior from the women running this place. We had massages, facials,…read moreand a consultation booked a month in advance for my 65th birthday. We received three reminders of our appointments via texts and emails. When we got to our appointment, the door was locked. A lady finally came and opened it, saying, "Oops! We were open at 9am but I must have forgotten to open the door." It was 10:00. Okay, weird. When we sat down to wait, three women came out to say, "We tried calling you five or six times to tell you that our massage therapist wasn't going to available until 11:30 so we pushed back your facials." No, no you didn't try to call--no missed calls, no voicemails--and what about the three appointment reminders, including one this morning? "Well we tried to call you , . ." NO, no you didn't. What's my number? "Uh, is it 302 . . . "NO. My number starts with 610. "Well I have a 10:30 client." You're telling us that you booked someone in during the time our appointments were scheduled?" Needless to say, we walked out after being treated so badly without even an apology or explanation as to why you would book a massage when the therapist wasn't even going to come in until 90 minutes later? THIS PLACE IS RUN BY ROOKIES. Avoid at all costs.
