Its a spa day for me and my friends. Theirs 7 of us and we had the best time. We bought a groupon and the reservation process was easy. Vallet parking is free which is awesome. The spa room is so clean and inside thiers a waiting area where you can relax while waiting for your massage time. We book a 11am massage but got there around 10am so we can use the pool or hot tub. Its all included in the groupon deal that we purchase. In the waiting area you can relax while drinking complimentary tea. The massage was great! I added a body scrub to my massage and I paid extra $25 which is a great deal. I definitely would do this again and I high recommend it! Great way to relax and unwind. read more

Every area in the spa was spotless and clean, and the ambiance was most relaxing. This spa is nice! I love how the locker rooms have a backdoor through which spa guests can access the hotel's pool area and Harry's Poolside Bar & Grill. Inside the locker rooms, the showers and steam room were immaculate. Delroy was my specialist for a custom treatment: a foot scrub and wrap and a deep tissue massage. He was most respectful. He made sure I felt comfortable and communicated with me just enough to where he could do his job well and allow me to relax. I wear glasses, which I placed on a table during the treatment. When the treatment was over, Delroy was most thoughtful in placing my glasses in my hand. I loved that the linens on the massage table were super clean and that the massage table itself was heated. The staff care about your wellbeing and take the time to listen to your needs. They offer great suggestions on treatments they think are best for what you've said you need. read more

I had a great time spending my birthday at the Rosen Spa. Although I did not get a chance to enjoy the pool, the spa experience was great. The front desk staff was very accommodating when working with me to schedule a couple's massage. We enjoyed a 50 min relaxation massage and added on inexpensive champagne at only $10. The massage was very good. I also enjoyed the relaxation area which provided blankets, water and fruit. The locker room was very clean and the sauna was nice. You could tell she enjoyed her job duties, and it was not just another day at the office. However, if you are an individual like myself and enjoy what you pay for, then you are on your way to a great massage experience with William (Will). WILL had to be one of the most outstanding therapists I have encountered over the last 14 years. For the past five years, I have gotten weekly massages, and some are my regulars with my Chiropractors. But, Will knew precisely where my trigger points were. My spa appointment I must say was the highlight of my stay here in Orlando. The staff, facilities and the relaxing massage were wonderfully delightful and beyond my expectation. I was in awe when I was given the tour of the facilities when I first arrived a few minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment. Bought 3 GP packages for my friends and I for a bday surprise and absolutely loved the day! It was clean smelled nice and a beautiful head to toe experience. Senai helped me booked the appt and she was so sweet even came in early to check in on my group. Only thing that was a little off was the "suggested tip" of $50 which was a 40% tip and it was practically forced on us when it was hi-lighted "suggested." As well as my reservation being booked as a surprise bday gift and they kept saying Groupon package over and over which made it sound cheap when it wasn't. So overall great experience might come back with my mom but just be prepared with cash, and bring a bathing suit for the steam room and pool. read more

Very nice spa with lots of amenities and services. My only complaint is they charge too much for services and then charge gratuity for everything and aren't clear about that. I got a massage and in the room the therapist proceeded to do a mini sales pitch of add ons which I found a bit tasteless. She told me the foot scrub was $20 extra but actually it was $25 because the spa added a $5 gratuity onto the scrub. Which was in addition to the gratuity added into the massage. So just the lack of transparency in pricing and the way the fees can add up is a turn off. They nickle and dime you to death leading to a significantly larger bill than expected. Stay away from Will!! This was my first time at this spa. I get massages every month, and tend to get deep tissue massages. The therapist I got was named Will and HE IS AGGRESSIVE, to say the least. I entered the room and the lights were bright and the temperature cold! He lifts blankets without warning and never did a pressure check. He began pressing in my back so hard I couldn't breathe. I asked him to be gentle and he continued being rough. I asked him to heat up the bed and he did, however, when it shut off he said he couldn't turn it back on. I was shivering. He poured the oil directly on my back, arms and legs after I repeatedly asked him to rub it in his hands to warm it first. He didn't wipe my toes lean after exfoliating and left scrub all over my feet. With my feet wet and uncovered in a cold room, he threw the robe across my belly and announced he was done. When I went to the front desk to speak to a manager, I was told "No one is here. They have all gone home. I'm just waiting for you to be done," said the gift shop manager. Never again. Excellent, relaxing experience earlier today at the spa. 5 stars from me because: - Massage therapist Otto not only worked out muscle knots but incorporated stretching for my neck, legs, and arms, which differentiated the massage from the other good massages I've received over the years in different parts of tUS and abroad. Really helpful given the airline seat I need to squeeze my 6'2" frame into later today. Fantastic massage. - Steam bath was really hot and relaxing right after massage. - Men's lounge was clean, with good snacks. - The silent atmosphere in the treatment area and entire spa was a welcome surprise, particularly since many spas are noisy and even this one was next to the outdoor pool, but there wasn't a sound from outside or anywhere else. - Overall cleanliness and fresh look of the facilities. Not sure if it's been updated recently, but I was pleased that everything seemed up to date. Nice, relaxing vibe and huge shower with rain shower and another shower head. Very unhappy,the spa staff was not very customer service friendly. I travel a lot and visit many hotel spas I won't visit this one again. I know how to decide what tip I want to give on my own, shocker I know but I don't need the receptionist to tell me how much she is adding to my bill it should be a personal preference not hers to decide. The pedicure was so painful, the next day Cary was still unable to put on sock. His toes are red with large irritated spots on them. If there is a Doc visit needed they will be getting the bill. Use of facilities where not shared and are part of the service according to the brochure. My massage therapist did a good job but the other components of the visit where so horrible I would never visit her again. I guess you don't have to have customer service if you get to just tac on what ever you feel you want for a tip. read more

My treatment today greatly exceeded my expectations! The facility is relaxing, pleasant and super clean with thoughtful amenities throughout. The staff was all genuinely kind and helpful. But the massage I received from Roberto was unlike any I'd ever experienced. One part massage, one part spiritual retreat, one part nearly chiropractic. It was like he could see through my skin and into the fibers of my muscles. I am a runner, and sit too much at my desk and on planes. Roberto identified and released knots and tight muscle bands I didn't know were reachable without cutting me open! :) He treated me with unparalleled dignity, care and expertise. First, my appointment was at 1:00 & was not taken back until 1:30. As everyone before me said, they're rushed & trying to hurry as quickly as they can. During my pedicure I was constantly asked about an up-sale. I finally gave in, my polish looks like they were done by a child or someone who was "rushing"! When I went to pay it was $50 higher than I expected because of gratuity, even though you are told you can adjust when I asked I was told, "sorry I've already closed your ticket out." And, don't get me started on the $15 they charge to use their fitness/workout room! The only reason I gave 2 stars is for the relaxation room & coconut infused water. read more

After a long distance flight to Orlando for work, my back was wrecked. I was happy I was able to get a 80 minute message appointment the next day. The front desk lady was nice and helpful. The spa amenities were good. The bathrooms, changing room, and lounge were clean, quiet, smelled nice, and very relaxing. The robe was clean, plush and cozy. The best part of the experience was my message! My masseuse, Roberto, was amazing! He was kind, a quiet personality, with a true talent for massage. It was the best message I have ever had. I wish he would relocate to California! The reason for four stars instead of five had nothing to do with my message. Afterwards, while paying my bill, the receptionist had automatically added a 22% gratuity to my credit card. I had cash in my hand to pay the tip. Roberto was so worth a large tip but I don't want someone else automatically adding a tip to my bill without my consent or prior notice. I respectfully expressed my concern about it and it was handled professionally and politely by the staff. Overall a great experience! I would definitely return if I am in Orlando again. I wanted a deep tissue massage and Delroy was an exceptional massage therapist. His pressure was perfect and I never wanted to leave! It offers the basic services, massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing etc. The staff are friendly and my esthetician did a good job but the overall experience was not super spa-like. The esthetician seemed very rushed. While my paraffin wax was setting she rushed around the nail and makeup area placing things here and there. I received a great massage by Luz here she was wonderful but I had a horrible experience with the manager i planned on getting a facial later on while still on vacation I planned on the day after the massage but we went to the parks I was tired I have stage 4 cancer so I slept in i was very sore and take very strong pain medications....and missed the facial but little did I know there was a no show policy I had no idea about they didn't tell me and I defiantly wouldn't had signed up for something I might have missed due to my condition it was quite possible... so they hit me with a 115$ charge again I am limited income and would not have booked for something had I known what i could have been charged and the manager was an unfriendly, cold, female dog.....I would never return I was sent to this hotel from a foundation that takes wishes for children of a terminal parent this tarnished my vacation I wanted to relax and ended up being upset and robbed while I slept I understand some kind of policy is needed but 115$$$ maybe 50$ and no option to reschedule.... save your money and go somewhere else worth the $ 115 unbelievable and im a hairstylist customer service was horrible and make sure you ask because they dont tell you just rudely point to a small sign!!! Came here for the spa mani pedi package for $100. When making the appointment for myself and my mom we asked for the pedicure to be first. When we arrived we had to fill out an invasive questionnaire asking questions that did not relate to our services at all. When we were welcomed into the private mani/pedi room they said manicures first. We said we preferred the other way around, they said that was fine but still pressured us. We did the manicure first. The woman who did my nails was very nice and did nice work. The woman who did my moms nails was also very friendly but mentioned several times that she had another appointment after us and visibly rushed through her work. When painting my mom's toe nails she tried to skip the base coat and only applied it after my mom requested it. The mani pedi combo is listed as 90 minutes. My mom was done after about 70-75 minutes. When it was time to pay, the receptionist doubled the price on my gel polish remover and then tried to charge us gratuity which we had already given to the women who did our nails. Additionally, the woman who did my nails tried to up-sell and sell products twicOverall, neither of us were impressed by the services we received. read more

If you are between the ages 18-21 DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA. You will be treated poorly, even if a majority of the day is spent outside. My friends and I were celebrating her birthday with a fun day at the spa and we had no intention of being disrupting (which we weren't considering the fact we spent probably a total of an hour in the actual spa area all day). After we were finishing our day, we planned on getting ready in the spa bathroom area and while we were getting ready, no where near ready to leave, an employee came up to us and explained that there had been 3 complaints filed about the four of us. She failed to recognize the first offense and I'm sure if we were doing anything wrong, she could've politely asked us to correct our behavior but she decided to wait until the third complaint (most likely because she couldn't find us due to the fact we didn't spend nearly anytime in the spa) and act like she was doing us a favor by not speaking to management. She explained that there wasn't a manager which is ridiculous considering the fact it is a HUGE hotel with probably more than 50 managers. Her saying that was a BS excuse to make us leave. When we asked her what happened because we were just genuinely confused she continued to explain that there was a "VIP member" who had complained about us who was a really big deal. She repeated "VIP" multiple times in a condescending tone. She said that when we were all in the relaxation room with this "VIP member", mind you the four of us were squeezed onto a small couch and very tired and nearly half asleep not talking at all (but they didn't really care to hear our side of the story), this "VIP member" claimed that when she got up to leave, we laughed at her. After she explained this and we all clearly felt incredibly uncomfortable, I asked if she wanted us to leave and she gave an insecure answer filled with awkward spaces and filler words. It sounded something like: "I mean you can finish get ready I guess...". Obviously we quickly packed our things, cleaned up all of towels and robes and left, feeling angry and targeted. I will genuinely be willing to apologize on the behalf of my wonderful group of loving and accepting friends for any behaviors that may have been considered inappropriate or disrespectful, but for a grown employee to come and ask us to leave when we were paying costumers and justifying it with the prioritizing of some irrelevant "VIP member" claiming that we laughed at her, and not even explaining or attempting to correct whatever behavior may have been previously disrupting for THE WHOLE ENTIRE DAY APPARENTLY is uncalled for and offensive. I am disgusted that the management of this hotel and spa gave into the entitled ways of a "VIP member" over a false claim, that I know for a fact did not happen. We were paying costumers just like her with the full intentions of having a nice day. I hope they see this review and change their ways, but regardless, I will not be returning to this spa and I strongly encourage you to invest your money and time elsewhere. read more
