The business with Joy and her staff went very smoothly and to my surprise it felt like my husband and I had no limitations on certain requests and ideas we had (for our border design, extra photobooth props we wanted to include, operating hours according the wedding schedule). Wedding: Complete success. Glamour Style Photobooth was nothing short of perfect! In the beginning it was a little challenging to get responses from the team, but once all was settled and booked, Joy did great. She designed the look of photo sheets using the image from my invitations! It was seriously so pretty! Last minute I asked her to add an image that I attached in an email and BOOM, it was there. I originally wasn't going to have a Photo Booth at my wedding on 7/08/2017, but my favors had fallen through and I was scrambling for a Photo Booth last minute. I was able to secure a Photo Booth, but unfortunately they had a last minute family emergency and were not going to be able to make it. I love photobooths! They are fun, they capture moments right away and provides you with an instant photo! We wanted a photobooth for our wedding, we thought it would be fun for our guests and it would also provide us memories of our guests (we get copies of all the pictures taken at our event). Photobooths can be pricey but Efotobox was definitely the most affordable one we could find! Joy was a pleasure to work with, she made it fast and easy to design our own customized template for our photos. Joy was very accommodating to any adjustments we wanted to make on our template. On the day of, our photobooth ran smoothly, the guests all had lots of fun with all the props she provided. By far, this was the most props I've seen at a photobooth. Their props are in great condition, nothing broken or old looking. We had booked Efotobox for 3hours but by our photobooth end time, there were still some guests that wanted to get their pictures taken. Joy happily accommodated them and didn't charge us extra :) The photobooth camera was great, the pictures came out very clear. We did pay extra for a scrapbook and it turned out beautifully! Having a photo booth was something both my now husband and I decided was a must for our guests. My husband found efotobox online and it fit the criteria we were looking for. No real booth so you can fit 10+ if you wanted. High quality prints. Digital images and unlimited prints for 3+ hours. All contact with efotobox was through email at first, like our other vendors but I felt like they weren't as responsive as the other vendors I was working with. Responses would be a day or two later through emails, which in some cases irked me because THE DAY was around the corner and we had to know if they could adjust the dimensions of the booth to fit the space, or there would not be a booth. The final payment was also due at the event but the contact, Joy, never told us who to make the check out to. I had to give my day of coordinator a made out check payable to "blank." Perhaps it was because THE DAY was around the corner, but things worked out in the end. They accommodated to our schedule and space. They fit in our wedding invite design into the photo strips. The scrap book turned out amazing. Lots of fun props, high quality prints and great lighting. The photos were readily online on smugmug the next day! This is always great since it keeps the wedding high.. on a high. The only reason why efotobox did not receive 5 stars like my other vendors is because it took over a month to get my photos on DVD. The contract said 3-4 weeks, which I waited for, but nothing came in the mail. I emailed them about 7 weeks later and they said it would take 3-4 weeks but they could rush it. I reminded them that my wedding was over that time period and they responded with "it is in the mail." .. and in my mailbox I did find it a couple days later and the photos were fantastic. read more

Everyone had a blast at the photobooth and I was very impressed with the variety of props that they had! Communication with them was bit difficult with them through email. Their policies kept changing on me such as they weren't providing a template until a month before the event or the day after my wedding they started charging their clients to download the pictures from their website. They accommodated us by sending a DVD with all the pictures within 2 weeks of the event, but there was some frustration having to explain that to the guests. Two weeks prior to our wedding, my wife and I met up with Joy half way between San Jose and south city (South San Francisco). My wife and I were impressed what Joy was offering. My wife and I never thought of having this for our wedding and consider this as a party favor for our guest to take home after the wedding. E foto box was amazing to have at our wedding! Joy is so nice and the photo booth was a big hit with our guests. They showed up on time, (they were actually early!) set up everything in a matter of minutes, and were really nice and helpful to anyone who had a question. Joy was not overbearing and when I needed something she was always available to answer questions whether it's through a phone call or email. Joy and her husband are absolutely amazing!! There are no words to express how thankful I am that I found them. This past weekend, my son had his birthday bash and since teenagers can't seem to get enough of themselves, I loved the idea of a photobooth. I contacted a couple vendors that I located on yelp, craigslist and google, but the prices were outrageous and many of them seemed to have extra charges. I really wanted something unique for my son's birthday party, but was unable to fork over the exhorbitant amount that many of the vendors were quoting me. So what was a mother to do? I ended up contacting twenty-one (yes, twenty-one) different photobooth vendors from the San Franscisco, San Jose, Modesto, Santa Cruz, and Monterey areas. Luckily I found Joy and her husband. I decided to hire Joy because she was very responsive, reasonable and her packages offered things that other vendors charged extra for. Joy offers all-includive pricing, so you don't have to worry about all those extra charges that other vendors try to stick you with. Even during the planning stages, Joy was very helpful and caring. She offered her assistance and professional opinion since I did not really know what design I wanted on the photostrips (I am artistically challenged). She customized the photostrips with a gorgeous background and emailed me the proofs for final review. Even though we wanted the smaller photostrips, she also created a larger photostrip so that we could compare the two and make an informed decision. Thank goodness she created the two strips for us because once we saw them side-by-side, we decided to go for the larger photostrips. The day of the party, Joy showed up early to set up and was very friendly and sweet to all of my guests. The condition of the booth exceeded my expectations and was very hip looking. It actually looked brand spaking new! The guests had a choice of black and white or color photos and the prints were very high quality. The printing was very fast and since Joy and her husband were there. Some of the other photobooth vendors only have one attendant, so I am glad that Joy and her husband were both there. They had the process down to a science. The line was never long and all of the photos were available to the guests very quickly. Joy even stood inside the corner of the photobooth (out of the camera range) to help the guests with smaller children. This was such a nice benefit because she would get the younger kids looking at the camera, instead of those awkward photos with the kids staring at their parents. I also had some special props that coordinated with our party theme, and Joy allowed us to use some of our own props. Some of the other photobooth vendors did not allow this or wanted to charge me extra. Joy also brought a large variety of props for us to use. All of her props were very clean and high quality (not the dollar store stuff). I received a link to the online photo album today and confirmation that she also mailed out the CD to me. My son of course was very happy to get access to all of the prints so quickly because all of his friends wanted their photos posted on facebook. My son's party was the talk of his school and all of his friends can't wait until his next party. I am thinking of hiring Joy for my father's 65th birthday bash since the photobooth was such a hit. We have so many great photo memories from the party and did not even have to worry about snapping photos of all the guests, or developing those disposable cameras. i just had my wedding last may 14 and i had efotobox for our photobooth. i highly recommend joy and her husband for their service that night. they came to the hall and had the set up way ahead the start of the cocktail hour. when they opened the booth, everyone- of all ages just can't stop having their pictures taken. they have a large selection of props and wigs. joy and ken made sure that there's at least one of them assisting the guests as they had their pictures taken. plus, the rate is also easy on the pocket, unlike other photobooths in the bay area. they were also able to upload the pictures on their website 2 nights after the event. the photobooth surely made the night even more memorable. and even up to now, people continue to mention how much they enjoyed the photobooth. my husband and i can't thank joy and ken enough for their help during our reception. highly highly recommended. read more

We had Efotobox at our company holiday party in December. It was a HUGE success and really affordable!! I would ave to say that it was almost half the price of a lot of the other vendors I found in the area. Everyone had a fun time using the photobooth, especially with all of the props. Joy and her staff were really great to work with. She is very professional, patient, and flexible. Before the event, I had to change the layout and background of our picture printouts several times. The last change happened just a week before the event and she was still able to provide exactly what we were looking for. Also, the night of the event, since everyone was enjoying it so much we asked to extend the rental an extra hour. She was able to accommodate us there as well, even though it was her birthday. I wasn't there for the set up, but the efficiency and stealthiness of the take down was unbelievable. One minute the booth was there, the next, she had everything cleaned up, packed up, and loaded into her car. Lastly, since our party was on a Friday, by Monday morning, she already had the website ready for us to view all of the pictures.
