My wife and I used the Pixco Photobooth for our wedding recently. We had met with the vendor many months ago to set up the date and make the deposit. The young lady who helped us set up the reservation was very kind and answered all the questions I had that made me confident in the service that I was going to receive. She took the time to show me the options that are available for the prints and when everything was set my wife and I were excited for our future order. On the day of our wedding, Pixco came out about an hour before our event started to set everything up. Two young ladies were there to set everything up and assist with the photobooth for all the guests. They had the backdrop, camera, and a whole table full of props that guests could use. The staff was super friendly and helpful making the whole photobooth experience fun and easy, just like it should be. During the event, there was an issue with something that couldn't be fixed at the time (I honestly can't remember the exact issue), but the staff was understanding and was able to compensate for the issue by create multiple prints for guests instead. Clearly, it wasn't a deal breaker, because I cannot remember what was the issue! Overall the pictures turned out great, and the guests loved the photobooth and the service that was provided. I highly recommend this company if you are seeing a photobooth with great customer service, nice photos, and all at a reasonably cheap price compared to other companies. Thanks Pixco! read more

We initially had another vendor for our Photobooth and found out a month before the wedding that they did not meet the requirements of our site location so we were referred to Pix.co and we're so glad we did! We used Pix.co for our wedding and everything turned out great! The communication, backdrop options and overall process was smooth. We went with the geo-lines option and several of our guests told us how vivid/bright our pictures turned out!! Sometimes when you see other photo booths the lighting washes out your guests or the backdrop. In this case it didn't. There was also a person attending the booth and printing to ensure everything went through without a hitch. They also give you a download link to all of your pictures within days of our wedding!! We got referred by one of our friends who used Pix.CO for their wedding. We checked out their website and was surprisingly very affordable, especially compared to almost all other Bay Area and Napa photobooth vendors (we checked like almost 10 other companies). The packages, even the basic ones, included a lot of the extras that other vendors charged for.  Everything is customizable, so they're able to work with whatever ideas you may have. You get to choose a custom template design so we chose one that matched our wedding theme, your backdrop style, and also whether you like the strip size or 4x6 style. But most importantly when we were looking for photobooth vendors (other than price), was the ease of interface for the guests, and the camera and print quality. Everything was top notch. The interface was very simple to use and even the elders had no problem figuring it out. Other photobooth vendors in past events we attended had poor quality with the color being too yellow, flash being too bright so it's overexposed, or even the printer stopped working altogether. This was not true for Pix.CO; photos came out very clear with good lighting as they use a dslr and we had no issues at all with the high quality printer. The attendant, Chase, was attentitive and helpful. The whole team (shout out to Eric and Leica) who we corresponded with was very responsive and was always ready to help or answer any questions we would have.  We'd highly recommend them. We also referred our friend who used Pix.CO too and they upgraded to the mirror option, which was really unique and fun to use. They've got really good (and affordable) options if you want to step up your photobooth game at your wedding.
