One of the best of best doctor in the field of ENT. I have never met a doctor with this level of experience in my life. I've been to many ENT clinics over many years, but it's truly rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring. I've struggled for years with allergies, asthma, a deviated septum, and chronic sinus issues. Dr. Egan performed my surgery, and the results have been amazing. This was my first surgery, and I was honestly surprised by how little pain I experienced afterward. Even my family is more excited and relieved than I am because of how smoothly everything went. what really stood out to me was how kind and compassionate he is - he treats his patients with such warmth, alomost like family. Dr. Egan and staff are A-OK! I've seen other ENT's in the past but I'd say that I've had the best experience with Dr. Egan. He's personable, well mannered, and has helped me through my sinus problems. I'm still work in progress but after seeing him for 4 months, I feel confident in his knowledge, skills, and abilities. Dr. Ean is very genuine with kids. As a parent, I was terrified when he offered us to put an ear tube after multiple ear infections for my 8-month-old. He took his time to explain the benefits of this surgery and he was absolutely right. My daughter did not have a year infection in the last year at all. Dr. Egan performed my sinus surgery two years ago and I continue to see him several times a year. He is very respectful and comes across as being attentive and fully present during your visit, which is particularly impressive given how popular and busy his practice is. He is good at explaining his treatment choices in a way that is easy to understand, without being condescending. Dr. Egan even volunteers a week or more if his time each year to provide pro bono surgery somewhere in South America. I think that speaks for itself. I'm satisfied with the care I've received here and highly recommend it. They even do allergy shots here if you can make the time to come in for them every week. The reason this practice doesn't get the 4th star? ... The front desk staff is satisfactory while you're in the office, but many times I've called to make an appointment and dealt with a with a very rude, rushed young lady. Awful experiences. The last ENT I saw was very dismissive and focused on surgery. What a difference here! Dr. Egan is a great person who listens well and explains fully, and really knows his stuff. I feel that I am treated as an intelligent person, and that is lovely. Plus I feel so much better than I have in a year with my allergies. Scheduling a doctor's appointment without health insurance can be a scary experience, and unfortunately this office does not break the mold. When I called in to get cash pricing for an ear cleaning I was told that the range of pricing for my visit would be $75-175. $75 for an office visit and $75 for an ear cleaning. Dr. Blank spent no more than 5 minutes with me, looked in my ears and nose and said I had no wax and everything looked perfect. She recommended I get a hearing test, (of course only her office audiologists would be "most accurate and comprehensive" than the more affordable guys.) When I left to pay my bill it had jumped back up to the maximum possible bill, $175 for a 5 minute meet and greet. I was appalled, to say the least. The representatives in the office had no interest in giving me the $75 price for the office visit because the doctor had "taken some notes" and directed her employees to charge me full price for the visit. I have a sneaking suspicion they were let down by the fact that my ears didn't need any wax cleared out and wanted to bilk as much cash as they could from my wallet. I would recommend people to stay away from shady, opaque doctors like these guys. If you're a doctor you're meant to serve people, not squeeze them for maximum profit when they walk in your door for the first time. The shiny glass facade for this medical office does not make up for the hollow money-grubbers inside. I won't be coming back. read more

Last week I inarticulately thanked Doctor Egan by blurting out: "Duuuude, you are really good at your job." What I should've said is: Thank you for curing my perennial sinus infections when my General Practitioner couldn't. Thank you for not pressuring me to have my deviated septum fixed before I was ready. It must have been hard for you to watch your patient obstinately suffer and then develop the dangerous Afrin addiction you had warmed me about. I wish I hadn't waited! Now that the surgery is complete I can breathe through both nostrils and it is a beautiful relief I never thought was possible! I haven't needed or even thought about Afrin. Most importantly, I haven't had a sinus infection or so much as one sniffle and my nose is straighter! I know you never promised it would straighten out but it did! You and your team were kind, comforting and you have a remarkable sense of humor for someone that breaks noses for a living. I appreciate you taking such good care of me before and after surgery. He identified and repaired a deviated septum which has vastly improved my quality of life. Why did no one else say anything before? The surgery also reduced my sleep apnea and opened up a wider range of apnea remedies. In the meantime, Dr. Egan is great at explaining procedures and options. first off i suffered from strep throat 3-5 times a year i went to see Dr Egan 2 years ago and he was super attentive. listened to all my concerns and made me feel at ease of having my tonsils removed. i had a complication afterwards due to the fact that my tonsils were so big but the entire time at the hospital he was always checking up on me. at my follow up i had mentioned that my daughter snored really loud and that she always got sick several times. he took a look at her and said YUP definitely will need them removed eventually. after a year of my now 6 year old always getting sick i knew where to go, she was some what scared of having her tonsils removed however Dr Egan was so great with her he would make her part of the conversation asking her what she feared and what she would like to know. he reassured her that she would feel alot better and good news was that she would get lots of ice cream. the day of the surgery she was not scared at all because she knew "her dr was a good dr" and her surgery was a success. she had her adenoids removed as well and the recovery which i was scared of based on my experience was so easy she only asked for meds once. the second day the she wanted chips (didnt get any) but i was a little jealous of her experience to mine. def see dr egan if you have any concerns with ENT! I was also very happy to know he had visited my home country and performed surgeries there. read more
