So if you're looking for the best egg rolls of all time, go here! I'm not kidding. I lived in Chicago for a year and I searched for a better egg roll. Yes, I found some great egg rolls down there but is it as good as Egg Rolls Plus? Absolutely not! The atmosphere is okay but I pretty much just go there for the egg rolls and $5 pho. Great little jewel in town you wouldn't think that they served edible food from the outside of the building but this place has amazing egg rolls and extremely good food. inside looks a lot different than outside. Their service is also wonderful I noticed on a Sunday it was extremely packed. I had the egg rolls and I also had the pad thai medium heat excellent all the way around I think I paid for 3 egg rolls it is 375. Ok, I hate to have to do this but this has happened a few times now and I can't let it go... over the past few months we have found many fruit flies in the sauces left at table side. We have asked for fresh ones and they still come back with fruit flies. So we switched to asking for packets. The worst one was today. I got green curry one of my favs there. it comes with a side of white rice. Today we found mouse poop in the rice. We are done. Will never be back. read more

The pho was very good, but it was so busy things moved a little slow. Also ordered the spring roll which was very good as well. The peanut sauce came in a squeeze bottle which some people may not like but I thought it was the best delivery of it I've ever had. Very well done read more

I am a fan of this restaurant. The only thing I find bad about this restaurant is that their eggrolls are now not as good tasting as they used to be anymore. The cuts of meat (pork) they use in their egg roll filling are just indigestible, unchewable fatty misc parts. There is no real, meat in there. Although the size is still the same...the ingredients in the filling are jus not up to par with the quality it used to be when eggroll plus first opened. Its the only flaw for this restaurant especially since their name is egg roll's plus. I hope they see this review and make an effort to bring their egg roll quality back up to what it was. Best eggrolls and pho in Eau Claire that I've ever had, easily. Fried rice and some of their stir-fry dishes can get a little oily sometimes, but they're usually really good. I recently tried their new mongolian beef, which was amazing. Their laab (or larb) is okay. Spring rolls, with that new (peanut?) sauce they have, are really great. But overall, probably the best Asian food one can find in Eau Claire. I haven't found another Asian restaurant that surpasses this place. read more

One of the best places to eat! Great customer services plus the food comes out so fast! It's always fresh, hot, and super delicious! Their food is not too oily (thumbs up!) but also so flavory. I've been pretty disappointed Everytime I go there now. I heard that they now started serving banh mi sandwiches, and went there for it and they were out of it. Went there another time again, and again they were out of the sandwiches along with papaya salad. That was a big dissapointmet. As always the service is great and the other food menu are very tasty also. But just sad that things seems to always be out when we want something. read more

i love this place!! everytime i visit eau claire, i have to make sure i get a chance to eat here. home made hmong egg rolls are the best, although i could make them myself, they have an awesome sauce for their eggrolls that i still haven't found out how to make. my boyfriend and i lived there for a couple months and now that we've moved, we have thought about just driving across the state for a day to eat and come back.. small place, but its a cute ma and pa shop. read more

We would never eat here again. We found around a dozen pieces of hair and a nail clipping in our food. We called to talk to them and they didn't apologize. They acted like this was normal and just said if we bring the food back in, they'd refund us the money. Wasn't worth the 50 minute drive to return it, so the food ended up in the garbage. A clear top contender for best egg rolls in town with a rice based wrap and clear rice noodles with just the right amount of veggies and meat. The other food selections are good and priced well. Atmosphere is VERY simple however and if improved would have gained 5 stars, but that's important to me so only 4 for that reason. There are also Asian food stores and other Asian businesses nearby as well so if you are in the mood for an eastern shopping trip this is where to take a break and enjoy a great meal. read more

In terms of Asian fare in Eau Claire, this place offers the best Southeast Asian food at a cheap price. Lived in Milwaukee previously and had a favorite Vietnamese restaurant with awesome pho. This place has very good pho as well, especially on Tuesdays with their $4 for any large pho deal! Love going there. Very good, large egg rolls as well. They close early however...I believe 7pm every day. Better pho than Pad Thai. read more

After a week of hospital cafeteria food, discovering this was an easy walk away completely transformed my experience! SOOOO delicious. The place only has a pork fried egg roll and a spring roll for egg roll options. So the name is a total misnomer. The egg rolls were ok but they are made in more of the Hmong/Lao style with rice noodles in them. The soup is a little on the oily side but is tasty. Fried rice is good but not unique. So if you are looking for the Hmong/Lao/Thai flavors, this is a good place. It's just not that great overall. read more

Great authentic Laos, veitnamese, and thai food. This place is by far the best Asian food in the area. They have the best egg rolls and the prices are very affordable. The atmosphere is not the best but if your looking for a hole in the wall with awesome food this is your place. The only thing about this restaurant I can criticize is the business hours. It's almost like they don't want people to eat here. They close at 6 pm which is when everyone eats and they are closed on Saturdays and that is when people go out to eat. This is a very bizarre business practice bus I guess it's how they operate. Don't expect great service just expect great food. read more

Thanks fellow yelpers! Normally wouldn't go to a restaurant called egg rolls plus but due to the high yelp rating we tried it. Considering they only had one type of egg roll that was average at best not sure why it is named such. We ordered crab ragoon, sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, beef pad Thai, and spring rolls. All this came to only $30 dollars. Except for the egg rolls everything was very good. Crab ragoon was best I have ever had. Family run business, service was good and very fast. read more

I love love love spicy food but the mongolian beef was so spicy it was intolerable. My lips were on fire! So spicy my stomach was upset for hours! I poked through the food and it was loaded with tons of chili peppers, so many it was difficult to pick them out. Also tried the sweet and sour chicken and it tasted like KFC...strange. read more

Excellent service and the food is fresh and arrives very quickly! If I see a parking spot, I know what is for dinner. Love the egg rolls, which are an amazing deal, and their pad Thai is delicious. Had lunch there today, they opened 10 minutes late. Not a good first impression. Was a line waiting, 20 or so people long. Once inside, the place sounded like a day care. Not good. There was literally ONE wait staff for must be 25 or so tables and one server. One person was running the counter but not consistently as they were also in the kitchen. We watched three people waiting to place a take out order just get fed up and walk out. Our food took 35 minutes from order to serving. Food is above average but not worth going back for until they get their organizational problems resolved. read more

Not that there isn't any places that sell pho here, there's thousands, but literally not one comes close to this place in EC, WI. This place would become a hit here. They have things you can't recreate, their famous homemade sauces and much more. If you live in eau Claire go here, get the pho, ask for the hot sauce, homemade peanut sauce, crushed peanuts, and make your own little sauce to dip their perfect egg rolls in whole you wait for you pho.
