I've finally found someone who truly understand the human anatomy and can really get deep and release all my of my tension and pain. A year ago I slipped down some icing stairs and tore my shoulder. Ever since then my shoulders & back had been in constant pain. Thankfully, I started getting massages with Lorraine and she honestly relieves my pain every time! Then after the service the store completely changes. Then they refuse to pick up any of your calls after the service. You also tell the person that you want your neck massaged and she does the entire body then as you ask questions she can't answer because she doesn't speak English and just laughs and says she doesn't understand. Unfortunately I was informed that no manager is available to assist me. I called yesterday and your workers hung up the phone on me which was rude then every time I called they decided to block my calls. Then you call today and when I try to call back twice you don't answer the calls Massajoyest M. I called and asked twice if that was the price because that's what the gift card mentioned it doesn't say $10 off it says $10 and then when I got there I confirmed again and the worker said yes and before your worker even started the massage she inquired 60 min or 90 min and I specifically said I have the coupon for $10 for 60 min. So instead of your workers rushing customers into a room and trying to get over they should take more time to give a accurate answer instead of lying just to get business. I'm completely dissatisfied with the service and workers and the cons for business. I also told her to focus on my neck and instead she does what she wants and violates my butt. The massage therapist clearly doesn't know what she's doing and has bruised my back and now I am at the hospital because of the soreness and pain from your massage therapist.

The couch has been removed to make place for merchandise. instead, they offer 2 chairs which are postioned in front of and to the side of the speaker pumping out the obnoxiously loud 'soothing' spa music. There is no place in the waiting room to escape the noise (and the cluttered, visual display of random merchandise). In the pedicure area, the music was just as loud. I expected a quiet, spa-like experience for my overpriced pedicure and was instead met with a cacophony of noise. Beyond disappointed in this dramatic downfall.
