This place has the the best craft beer selection in all of Niceville. The shelves and coolers are jam packed with an awesome craft beer variety that rivals and ABC liquor store. This is the same location that was like this several years ago but closed down. Well, it is back and as awesome as ever. You can even buy singles or build your own six pack.

But I usually have one of the milk shakes you make by putting the frozen shake in a blender and out comes one of the best shakes ever. The store is usually very clean, especially the bathrooms. They are some of the cleanest public restrooms I've ever been in. This isn't true of all their stores however. I was in Destin, FL (about 30 minutes away) last week and went to the Tom Thumb there. It was not very clean in general and there was NO toilet paper in the bathroom. But my Tom Thumb on Hwy 285 in Niceville is great. One of my favorite things is the reward points for discounts on gas. It is really fun to pay $1.00 per gallon less then those who don't use the program. It is well worth using the rewards card just like most stores are using these days. I'm glad I have a Tom Thumb so close by but I'd drive further if necessary just to use the rewards card and talk to some of the nicest people ever hired to take care of the store.

I told the clerk it was wrong and I couldn't make a new one because of time... I was on a time crunch to pick up my van from the mechanics. He still charged me. I spoke to a manager (who didn't walk over to me) and he said I could remake it and still pay. I said well I don't have time AND you don't have half and half it's French vanilla. He still charged me "for the cup". Even though he told me to go get a new one, which means I would have thrown the cup away, anyway. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE BY STEVEN (clerk) AND CHRISTIAN (I think that's the mangers name). Whoever was working at 6:00pm on September 15th. The clerk wouldn't tell me the mangers name and I couldn't see his shirt because he spoke from across the food at the other register and never came over. EDIT: after I picked my van up, I decided to go back and get a new coffee because the sweetness was too much. The manager said "go ahead". So I asked him if he'd changed the French vanilla to the half and half. He said no. Mind you, 20+ mins had passed since I told him it was the wrong cream. Anyway, he walked over with me to check and change the creamer as I was getting new coffee (new cup). As he was changing the creamer, an even worse problem arose. There was MOLD all over the top and inside of the creamer machine. I snapped a photo. I left with black coffee no creamed.

He then said you wanted in bags, emptying the groceries out and pushed them to the end for me to bag. A few minutes later he decided to help. Just odd behavior. I would gladly bag myself, didn't know I was supposed to at this store. A little communication is a good thing.
