The short version is this is okay to visit. The long version is below: The doctors are great to talk to; the receptionists are very irksome to interact with. The receptionists don't do their jobs properly and when mishaps happen, they immediately blame the patients in order to avoid any responsibility. What a bunch of clowns! Truly horrible feeling when it happens. Unless you are a subhuman and have very low dignity, sooner or later you would run into situations which makes you feel horrible, just as I did. Why not save yourself some trouble and find another walk-in clinic for long term visit? Some extra commute just for the sake of your dignity. read more

I have had several doctors previous to meeting Dr. Singh and none of them could even remotely compare. Dr. Warren is my new family physician. She has been so caring, and willing to give you additional time if you require and let her know in advance. She has helped me through a plethora of (thankfully small) concerns, and always takes my personal situation very seriously. Beyond her great attitude, she is also extremely competent in multiple facets of medicine, of course focusing on family/primary care; but she will educate herself if something is outside of her expertise and make sure you get a positive referral. Also, she is honest, you may not always want to hear it, but she is. The front staff - I've not forgotten you! You are beyond wonderful and helpful, very kind and always smiling! For those who complain about waiting (family doctors): 1. If your doctor discovered something to look deeper into, causing a delay for other patients who are waiting- would you want to be sent on your way? 2. Sometimes delays happen- get over it. And this comes from a severe anxiety sufferer, which revoked whatever patience I have naturally. Seriously it's a doctor! For walk-ins: Welcome to the world of FIFO: first in, first out. Unless someone is exhibiting symptoms which may require emergency services, it's first come first serve. It's a WALK-IN, by the nature of the business they are unable to reliably predict wait times. In the end of it all, it was an excellent caring walk-in doctor who convinced me to see Dr. Warren, so I am giving this place 5 stars. If you want to be able to give a review like me, do the following: 1. Be kind, do not yell, DO NOT CUSS, do not try to intimidate anyone. 2. Be honest- if you? like me don't feel comfortable talking to front staff about some issues, tell them you don't feel comfortable, simple as "It's private and I'd rather talk to the doctor". 3. If you are in pain, otherwise frustrated for any reason other than a long wait, POLITELY tell the front staff, in a calm tone. 4. Be thankful you have sponsored health care. 5. Non-OHIP services? Yes they cost money. If you don't work for free, don't ask others to. Also, these non-covered services typically cost money everywhere you go. Let's face it, Doctors, Nurses, and All medical support staff are humans who have responsibilities beyond you. I feel this way, and always am as polite and caring as possible, and I certainly see it in return. Lastly, you won't like everything about your doctor/clinic, because you too are human, that's perfectly fine, but remember you are dealing with humans who have their own lives, worries, medical conditions and needs. I rushed to my nearest walk-in clinic, which is this one, on Saturday, January 7th 2017; my 7 year old son had an acute asthma attack while we were out grocery shopping in the neighborhood, I arrived at the clinic at 1 pm (they were open until 2 pm), they told us "we are not taking anymore patients", I said, I think in this case you can make an exception for a child in distress, the RECEPTIONIST said no, sorry that's our policy, take him to the hospital. There are physicians in the back that could have gotten the situation under control so we can get to a hospital safely but because the RECEPTIONIST made the call with her "medical background" and all, we were forced to go to another walk-in clinic that were hapy to help get the situation under control so we could arrive to a hospital safely. I plan on reporting this clinic to the Medical Board, this is completely unacceptable! Don't open a clinic if you don't plan on actually helping people, especially a child. read more

This place is horrible! If you come here get ready to be treated like an animal, wait a long time and hash out $10-20 just for parking. I will never come back here. Here's my story: They allow appointments but you still have to wait an hour if you show up for the appointment. If you walk in they see people with appointments before you. They are completely inconsistent and just make random decisions on whom they want to see first. I called around 10 am one day and the receptionist told me the current waiting time is 20 minutes. I said I would come immediately but she insisted I come at 1 and that she will make an appointment for me. She said the doctor will see me at 1. I got there at 12.55 but they gave me an extra hour waiting time! All I needed was to review a chest x-ray for a suspected pneumonia. The receptionist said they received the report but no doctor will see it for another 3-5 days and they will call me. Pneumonia is no laughing matter but they didn't care. I had to push them to let me come in to review the results in person with the doctor. I ended up paying $25 in parking alone. read more

A doctor from this clinic prepared a report that needed to be sent to Public Health so I could get a vaccine ASAP. Before I left the office the report was left with the receptionist ready to be sent. Next day Public Health told me they hadn't received anything. When I called, the receptionist gave some excuses, and it seemed that she didn't know anything and told me she would call me later (in a not very friendly manner). Four days after, still nothing. No calls, and the report was not sent. This was a very important issue. I needed to be vaccinated and they couldn't send the document. I work in a Language institute near this clinic and I've been sending a lot of international students to them. Not anymore! read more

Clean, modern practice. I have only had morning scheduled appointments so I cannot comment on mid-day wait times, but I was always seen promptly. The only doctor I've seen there so far is Dr. Singh, and he's been excellent. He's helpful, patient, and very friendly. read more

The doctors are good but if you recommend the sexual clinic to be recommended for Dr. Emily Cheung in the sexaul health clinic providing on iuds checkups etc Wednesdays only, she was very unexperienced and I feel as a patient treated very WRONG.Its a new clinic if your going to your job right treat people with respect and do job correctly instead saying for instance I am professional prove your ability. ITS a serious issue if you can't treat people as a patient correctly or hear if a patient is in discomfort. it's not cool to lie about a profession and treat your. I asked for a family doctor and was told that they are not accepting patients...I asked to be referred to the dermatologist and was told that I have to get a family doctor referral..Most Ontario citizens do not have a family doctor...I really don't know what to say but this a medical clinic that frankly is looking for excuses not to accept new patients...They also refuse to disclose the educational backgrounds of the doctors....and expect people to take a chance...I am very disappointed with this clinic that operates like an average impersonal medical clinic...Let's deal with the reality of Ontario....and the medical profession.. This place is a mess. No special feeling about the doctor, but the admins(receptionists) don't know how to do an appropriate job. Yesterday two people who walked in after us got to see the doctor first! We asked, were told that because they made an appointment!! Today we had to come in again because the fever didn't go away overnight. Lesson learned, we called first to make an appointment. When we arrived, the receptionist exactly who we talked on the phone told us because a lot of people walked in before we came, so the appointment doesn't count now, we had to wait!!! Conclusion: 1. Appointment system random and inconsistent: you might have people cut in the line anytime. 2. No sense of importance and emergency: they don't care to call you about your X-ray result because it's Saturday even though the doctor suspects chance of pneumonia. 3. Slow: It took 10 mins for the doctor to get ready to see the next patient after the previous patient left. We waited there for an hour and it was like this the whole time. We came here because it opened early. But we won't come back again in the future. read more

the place is just ridiculous: you have to wait in line even if you have an appointment. it's really busy and they probably don't have enough doctors to meet the demand. I work in the building close by and it never took me less than an hour for the walk in here. read more

Great new addition to Yonge and Eglinton...the office is modern and clean. Front desk was very polite. The doc I saw was kind and thorough and didn't rush me. Overall very efficient and I will definately be going back. Also they do online booking which is a plus and shows how progressive they are. read more

Dr. Lui is great, really nice. Yeah you may have to wait a bit, but not too long in my opinion.
