The receptionists don't do their jobs properly and when mishaps happen, they immediately blame the patients in order to avoid any responsibility. What a bunch of clowns! Truly horrible feeling when it happens. Unless you are a subhuman and have very low dignity, sooner or later you would run into situations which makes you feel horrible, just as I did. Why not save yourself some trouble and find another walk-in clinic for long term visit? Some extra commute just for the sake of your dignity.

Ask a question and watch for the show of broken english attitude, fingers and hands in the air and she thinks that if she raises her voice, you'll accept her lack of eye contact and attitude for being "busy" doing nothing. Nevermind its 2014 and @ 11am I was given a square piece of paper with marker saying 16 on it and that was my "place" in line to see my doctor. Primitive? Walk in clinic, maybe someone needs it defined for you.. it's first come, first served, not all the asian people first and the white people with numbered paper to come back in a few hours.. whomever is managing this or whomever isn't.. your making a joke out of healthcare system .. well at least contributing to the decline.
