They almost have a monopoly in Santa fe area. The "lady" and i use that term loosely that runs the…read moreplace is mean, nasty and vicious. She is almost never there, even during business hours. I tried several time to go there to pay a bill as i was unsure of the amount due and couldn't use the dropbox. Each time there was a message that said gone to the bank, or post office or lunch etc... After 3 tries on different days i called the phone number of the gate. The manager answered already annoyed. I told her i have tried to come by several times but no one is ever there. She snappily responded she had things to attend to and was at Arlan's Market? Not sure what that has to do with anything but ok.... She then said something to the fact that the sign on the door said she was gone and i should come back. I replied yes, it says you went to the bank and would be back in a few minutes (not Arlans Market). She then gruffly said.... well i will be back at 12:00 noon if you want to wait. I then responded, "Ma'am, it is already 12:15pm". She said, "I'll be there soon", and hung up. My wife and i waited. She pulled up in a car with the words, "Sassy" written largely on the back window. My wife looked at me and said, "oh boy, you are in trouble". The manager went inside and motioned for me to come in. I got out of my vehicle and got to the door when she burst out, almost hitting me in the head with the door and began to point at the sign saying "YOU SEE THIS". I responded, " I am a customer how dare you talk to me this way". That really got her going. I responded with, "just let me pay my bill and i will see the owners about your behavior". I left. The Haak's who own the winery own these storage units. I went there and asked to see one of the owners. I waiting and Mrs. Haak came out. She immediately, loudly said, "Oh, so you are the irate customer". I was shocked. I tried calmly talking to her and she did listen. At the end, she said the manager deals with a lot of "idiots" and has to talk to them this way. Again, i was shocked. She alluded to my education level, and said most people who are customers there are very unintelligent. I responded," that may be but don't they still deserve respect." It was obvious she didn't care, so i thanked her for her time and left. If you like violent confrontation, poor service, and being abused then go here by all means

You know the type, they magnify their power to make themselves seem important. If you're looking for a no hassle storage facility, save yourself the trouble of dealing with this lady and go somewhere else.

They were attentive and anything I asked, they had no issue doing. It made our moves so much easier. We had James, Jay and Landon. This time around I used them 2 days in a row. They packed my storage exactly how I wanted it. The next day we had them move stuff to the house. It was quick and easy. There was an item broken the first move, BUT they replaced it without any issue. I would recommend them 10/10! We will be using them again the for next move. Hopefully it will be a couple years before I need them again, but if not, I know who I am calling.

Upon return call he said he interviewed his people and they did not know anything about it. They tire a door off of my $1500 armoire and denied it. As i was leaving they had a lot of my furniture sitting on its side on concrete. I will not use them again and recommend you don't either unless you enjoy your furniture being damaged.
