First of all, I'm located in Nashville so I put my trust in this lovely team to make sure my mom was all taken care of and they did that and more! Bless the staff for being so patient and kind with all my calls I made to make sure everything was perfect! I am amazed at the quality of hospitality. Every interaction was just outstanding. In my moms own words this was not only the BEST spa experience she had, this was the BEST GIFT she ever received. (Ladies and gents in the area take note that this is a great experience to gift your loved ones) I chose to customize a Renew spa package for her including a hydra facial. I added on lunch for her and she enjoyed her salad! I believe she also decided to get her hair done and she felt so refreshed! She called me AMAZED and couldn't wait to tell me every little detail. I also have to give my respect to the manager and staff because I asked them to make sure she does not pay for spa day and to allow me to pre-tip as well so my mom can be all covered.
