Technically, it *is* what it says on the box: you talk to a doctor and they send you meds. That being said if you want to talk to the doc beyond an email once every 4 months, good luck. The cost is in the order of thousands, so testosterone would be ~$5K per year. Their customer service is awful. They either won't respond or respond without actually reading your message. They get their panties in a bunch when you tell them your meds are low and you're asking them to send. Then they get upset when you *don't* tell them your meds are low. Truly hit or miss on them sending out the meds when they're due. If you have a medical complication they are truly unsympathetic. I'd call this a grey market, technically legal, but they're just glorified drug pettlers trying to get as much money they can while providing as little care as possible. read more

SCAM ALERT. They will take your money and you will not hear from them. They will ask for 1 year upfront. Then disappear. Everyone you talk to via email not only doesn't respond but their email is disconnected (see image). Try the main line right now. You'll get a service disconnected message. Luckily I paid through a Cc and they are looking into fraud charges for failure of service. DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY AND EVEN MORE YOUR HEALTH WITH THESE PEOPLE. Avoid eHormones at all costs!!! Where do I even begin. Last year, eHormones delayed my TRT shipment due to so‑called "pharmacy issues," leaving me without medication for an entire month. Anyone on TRT knows how serious that is. The issue was only resolved after I escalated and complained directly to the owner--but even then, the problems never stopped. Shipments were frequently incorrect, showing a complete lack of quality control. Their customer service is not just bad--it's abysmal. Calls and messages go unanswered, follow‑ups disappear into a void, and accountability is nonexistent. To this day, I have never been provided a copy of my contract, despite repeatedly requesting it. I've also been asking for my blood draw results for over a month, which is unacceptable for any medical provider. Silence. Nothing. After the issues last year, I was told I would be given six months of TRT for free to make up for the disruption. Yet once again, I can't get in touch with anyone to confirm where I stand or how this is being handled. This clinic is disorganized, unresponsive, and completely unreliable--especially for a service that directly affects your health. I will never recommend eHormones to anyone. From missing products upon shipment, late shipments, high turnover and change of staff, lack of follow up, shipments sent to the wrong address, the list goes on. I would put zero or negative if possible. Go with any other provider. Late shipments, over priced, miss priced. I have been putting up with them for two years now. Excuses for late shipping have been plenty. I got my last straw this year due to not returning any form of communication on the missing shipping that was supposed to provided. I pay per year and this year have not received any of the support prescriptions they said they would. After three weeks of the answering services (I called every day) saying they would have someone call me back in the morning I have to submit with my credit card a fraudulent charge for the cost they billed me for the year. I would avoid them and go with any of the top tier ones. I will be going with one of them. Not sure why or what they are doing as a company (due to no communication) but whatever it is I don't have time and really don't want to waste my money on this lack lustier fraudulent company. Ehormones appears to be going out of business or in severe financial distress, be careful if you're considering ordering or renewing with them. I prepaid for a year of TRT treatment. My 6 month renewal was due last month. Got my labs done and all approved by the Dr. But for weeks now they've been giving me one excuse after another for the order hasn't shipped. Now they've just stopped answering their phone entirely. I have however been getting tons of promotional texts from them offering steep discounts to prepay for a year of various medications and supplements. Seems like they are desperate for revenue. My husband and I did HRT w them. They take a year's worth payment up front and then you have to harass them to get your meds. They sent me meds that were supposed to be compounded specifically for me, but the date on the bottle was prior to me ever talking to them. (Which means it's illegal for them to be shipping me drugs across state lines if they weren't compounded for me.) There are many companies you can use, do not use this one. read more

FRAUD ALERT For almost a year now I have been trying to receive a credit back on my account that was promised by a hormones president Josh zuckerman. Despite an email confirming the refund and countless follow-up calls, messages, texts and emails I have been unable to get them to refund what he said he would do in an email. The refund was due to their shipping problems and sending expired products.  Just to be clear my name is Jack Pearce from Jacksonville Florida. I am a quadriplegic and elderly.
